I have been a patient for many years, the staff are all very welcoming and friendly. My dentist Robin is very thoughtful and treats his patients with the upmost respect and care. All treatment is fully explained and always of high quality. I would most definitely recommend this dental practice

Great first impression - clean & tidy and a warm welcome from the reception team. All the dental nurses are friendly and approachable. Dr Robin Bryant is an excellent clinician with great communication skills and delivers an excellent service. He is well supported by Josh Allis, the dental hygienist/therapist who also delivers first class and pain-free treatment. All round a faultless practice where I would still go to, even if I moved away from the area. Thank you.

I've been a patient of this practice for over a year now, I've had multiple appointments in that time and every single one has been great. All of the staff here, in particular those on Reception and my dentist Freya are always fantastic, kind, incredibly helpful and attentive. Everything is always done quickly and really well and the prices are very competitive. In my experience, this is the best dental practice in Leicestershire.

Whilst the team are lovely and I cannot fault the work I have had done; this year, besides one single check up appointment at the start of 2022, they have cancelled every single other appointment. Six in total. Sometimes even the day before, and always without reason. It's incredibly disappointing, frustrating and confusing. It's hard to believe that every time my appointment is due, a few days before, I get it cancelled again. It's beyond a joke. On ringing the practice up to rebook in, there's always at least a month long waiting list, and although you're rebooking an appointment that was already a rescheduled appointment, you're not at the top of the appointment list. So you are back to waiting.... For the appointment to just get cancelled AGAIN. It's ridiculous. I won't be going back, mainly because I cannot seemingly get to see anyone, as everything is always cancelled!?! A great shame, as like I say, they were great... But good luck trying to get seen...
