The Grove Practice

Well as a bit of a coward from a bad experience nearly 40 years ago I was too afraid to visit a dentist again but due to my neglect and fear a wisdom tooth became loose. The staff here and the very considerate well explained ,manner in which they work is to be commended. The tooth was removed pain free with no issues there was no looking for extra problems just good honest advice. Well I am definitely going back and would highly recommend them

I’ve wanted to straighten and improve my appearance my teeth for years but I’ve struggled to find a dentist that I trusted. Until now that is!!

Having spoken to Upen about what could be done and the process I was reassured that it wouldn’t reflex my childhood and student dentist experiences.

The whole Grove Practice is welcoming and puts you at ease when you walk through the door.

The first part of my treatment was fixing a chip on my front tooth which is now done. They had done such a good job, so much so that its better than my tooth originally looked matched the colour perfectly.

I had a great experience at The Grove Practice, I required teeth whitening for my upcoming wedding but upon initial consultation it was noted I needed a filling first.

Noting that I was on a tight deadline with the wedding I was promptly booked in a few days later and Dr Zeeshan carried out the procedure in a friendly, informative, timely and (most importantly) painless manor. It's not often one can say that the dentist's chair is an enjoyable experience but this was as good as it gets.

I’ve just been back for the second stage of my treatment which was having my Invisaligns fitted. The whole process was seamless and very professional. Everything was explained and demonstrated until I was fully comfortable with it all.

Upen has been fantastic throughout. Now it’s down to me to ensure I wear them as instructed and for the results to follow!

Cannot thank Sophia enough for taking care of my teeth for the last couple of months. She's very gentle and caring, she takes time to explain the procedures and give reassurance. I have gagging reflex and she's been really understanding and gives me short brakes. Nurse Naomi (hope I'm not spelling the name wrong) gave me a gentle pat on my shoulder which made such a difference, melt my heart! My gagging reflex is getting better every time I go so thank you!

The failure of an old, existing bridge in late 2021 resulted in the need for a complicated overhaul. Following examination, x-rays and scans Dr. Vithlani explained my options, answered my questions and prepared three separately costed treatment plans.

The treatment I chose involved the fitting of four milled crowns and a removable, chrome framed denture. The work was undertaken over a period of nine months and within the estimated cost. It has been completely successful.

At every stage I was fully briefed and made to feel comfortable, safe and confident. I even found the whole process interesting. The Grove Practice Reception Team were courteous, friendly and efficient in making my multiple appointments.

I have no hesitation in recommending The Grove as an outstanding Practice.

What a new experience this was today, I have never actually enjoyed going to the dentist before! I called a few days ago to book a emergency appointment and was greeted by Jack who was so nice and proffesional and went through the costs of an emergency appointment which I really appreciated. Turned up to my appointment and the staff were so friendly and proffesional, the place had a really nice warm feel to it, so unlike many others. Saw Dr Zeeshan Chawdhri and he was excellent, he really took the time to explain the course of action I would need, and made me feel relaxed about being at the dentist and not bad at all for the state of my teeth! I would highly recommend this practice especially if you have previously had bad experiences ,are really nervous or just need a really good dentist.
