Bupa Dental Care Longfield

I don't have enough words in my vocabulary to explain how wonderful my experience has been here. I originally came to this dentist because a different dentist had told me one of my teeth would eventually need to be extracted. That tooth had broken and looked dreadful. Christine made it clear that although it was absolutely my decision to do what I wanted, she could put a porcelain crown over the broken tooth (let's just call it a gravestone because that would be fair) and save me losing a tooth at the age of 31. I was thrilled! I also needed 3 fillings, some filing and a good old cleaning. Just 3 appointments later, my teeth look beautiful. Is that arrogant? Even if it is, it's true! They are clean, little chips have been filed, I have confidence in my smile again and I'm not in any pain. Taking care of my teeth is now a hobbie and I might even name my children Christine and Rhianna. I also want to mention the dentist smells and looks clean and their Covid measures are entirely secure. Thank you so much, I am so incredibly happy with my teeth! See you soon!

If I could give a 0, I would: I took off my braces almost 2 years and when they took it off they left the glue on my teeth. I have been attempting to contact them the whole time and they haven’t gotten back to me to book an appointment. Every time I call, conveniently no one is available. To this day, I still have the glue in my teeth.

Edit: I went back today (after months of not being able to have an appointment). It was the worst experience I've ever had in a professional setting: I went to get the glue off. Then I went to my car and realised there was still glue and that the drill had scraped my teeth. I immediately went back and told them, they removed the glue but when I began to tell them about the white scrapes, they were acting clueless. And to make it worse when I got home I realised there was still glue on 4 of my teeth. This is ridiculous.

Great, professional and human care from the team. Excellent advice and choices provided. One of the best dentist practices I’ve attended. I would recommend them to look after your teeth and your smile 🦷 😁

Very kind and helpful receptionists, the dentist was professional, patient and understanding as I was nervous and anxious, but we made a plan of treatment which really helped with this, definitely recommend this practice for excellent professional, understanding and kind service and care.

1st time visiting tonight, I’m a extremely nervous person of dentist… I won’t lie, I cried before I sat in the chair. I have avoided a dentist at all cost.

The receptionist was very lovely and was happy to chat and listen to me waffle on With nerves… sorry 😂

I saw Mohammed Lalji and his assistant whom made me comfortable and no Question was stupid.

I can’t rate this dentist highly enough…. I booked my 6month check
Up and I certainly won’t be dodging it 😊

Excellent dentist practice. Whole process is seamless and friendly, from reception staff all the way through to the dentists.

Having broken off part of a crown the week before Christmas I had little hope that I would be able to get it sorted until the New Year, but instead I was offered an appointment within a couple of days and now I’m all sorted and able to smile again

I had an emergency appointment Yesterday at Bupa and as soon as I walked in I was very impressed with the seating area it’s very clean and tidy. The reception staff was lovely very friendly and polite. I’m very nervous about going to the dentist and when I asked about the dentist I was seeing both of the ladies who was on reception put my mind at rest and told me how nice and patient the gentlemen I was seeing is. When I was called in I was showed to a lovely room where everything was clean and tidy. The dentist I see was lovely I explained that I didn’t much like seeing the dentist because of a very bad experience when I was a child and he took his time and only done what was needed. I can’t remember ever going to the dentist and feeling so relaxed and at ease. I would just like to say a big thank you to all the staff who I was seen by today.
