Eastbury Dental Practice

Particular heartfelt compliments to Dr Shefali Pandit for her excellent clinical and communication skills and for the urgent and timely intervention she provided for my acute dental emergency. She explained my dental problems and the treatment options so well. Also, Juliana is so friendly and caring. All the staff are absolutely wonderful, very welcoming, very warm and caring. All are very hard working, treating patients daily even through their lunch breaks, and will still have a broad smile and an untiring positive approach towards patient care. I cannot compliment them enough! I feel fortunate to be a patient of this practice.

A very bad experience with reception they just cancelled my appointment a day before and said next available is after 1 and half month with not a good attitude its was an appointment which i was waiting for already a more then a month
If they have COVID then obviously you arranged it in near time atleast in a week not after a month if we cancel on end time you charged us And if you do the same thing we have to wait a months

I got appointment next day. The team is very friendly and they can translate to many languages which is really great in the UK. Thats obvious the doctor has a huge experience, she saved the unsaveable teeth and made my smile as beautiful as Julia's at reception. I only can recommend this practice.

Great practise, lovely receptionist she even brought me a drink from next door after having a tooth extraction as she said I looked pale… caring people 💚

Absolutely useless staff cannot get hold of the reception ever and when you do they are rude and don't know how to do they're jobs. Dentists are good but reception staff is poor and needs to be sorted out. Everyone behind that desk should be sacked.

Brilliant dental surgery. They really take care of you and their kindness is first class. Many thanks to Pooja and Zoe today, they were brilliant. If you’re scared of the dentist you won’t be after you’ve had an appointment here.

Called up the surgery after reading the mixed reviews. Spoke to the receptionist who was very friendly and helpful. The next day (Friday) I went there it was a different receptionist and she didn’t appear to be friendly or helpful. asked her if it was the same lady I spoke to the day before and the response was it wasn’t her. Just by this person’s attitude has deterred me from registering as a patient. The surgery is very dark and gloomy as you enter and doesn’t present a positive clinical appearance to a patient. The vibe isn’t good sadly, so off on my travels to find another dentist!
