Bupa Dental Care Waltham Cross

Don’t trust them they rip you off. I started my treatment in December 2021 I was told I could have too and bottom dentures I would have teeth removed (only 8 left at the top) and then sort my dentures, I was told £282.80 for all my treatment just like it says on the NHS website. I had the teeth removed in January was told to let my gums settle for 3 months but in the meantime they would get my bottom denture made with I eventually got in April as this was 3 months later I expected them to start with my top denture but instead she said oh no we have to wait 3 months. So I go to my appointment today expecting yet again to start on my top denture but she tells me oh you have to pay £282.80 again because that treatment has finished and this is a new lot of treatment, so now I have no top teeth because she lied about the full treatment being just £282.80, and I can’t have the top ones done because I had to borrow the money in the first place they could’ve just left my teeth I would have suffered the pain at least I’d be able to eat properly and smile, she kept changing her mind at each appointment I feel she left it so long just so she could try and charge again well thanks for that I only went to Bupa because I thought they would be good dentist clearly just out for peoples money. Surly if my treatment had finished I would have received paperwork but they didn’t give me any.

I had really bad toothache. My tooth was badly infected and I was in excruciating pain for two days. I went today for an emergency appointment and the receptionist was so kind and gave me an immediate appointment. They saved me from so much pain and anguish and I thank them. Brilliant people.

I am incredibly grateful for the great care I received after a planned extraction at another ( referral) clinic. I called to explain my pain was getting worse and that I had symptoms of infection. The receptionist ( Debbie - I think ?) could not have been more empathetic. She said she would see what she could do and would call me straight back. She called within 5 minutes and told me to come straight in (on a Saturday morning) and that they would do their best to fit me in. ( I think I only waited 15 minutes once I arrived) . The dental professionals were really helpful - took the time to listen to my symptoms (without rushing me despite being an unexpected appointment) and I left with a prescription for antibiotics. The receptionist was so kind as I explained how grateful I was for all she had done ( and I was a bit teary from lack of sleep and pain ) - she demonstrated an exceptional level of empathy and made me feel at ease. Thanks again for such fantastic service.

Do not ever register with this dental practice I went there for a routine checkup and I was told I need a small filling even though I did not have pain.I listened and got the filling done by a dentist called Jasvindeer Seehra she is the worse dentist I have come across, after 2 hours of getting the filling done I started to get a throbbing toothache so the next morning I called in for a emergency appointment they did'nt give me an appointment they left me to suffer so i went to a emergency private dentist he told me she did the filling to high and very bad! He adjusted it but god knows how long im going to be left with this pain thanks to her!

The dental practice has a nice calming atmosphere & the dental staff make you feel at ease.

Lovely staff, very helpful, and the service by the dentist and hygienist were excellent, they took their time and explained everything to me

I have been a patient at Bupa Dental care ,Waltham Cross for over 20 years. I have NEVER experienced any poor service. I can HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dentist.The staff are VERY friendly and VERY professional.
When you read other reviews regarding poor and rude staff, I do believe it’s the customers are rude.
A few years ago I went through a really bad experience on my tooth. They went over and beyond there service.
The two members of staff that I would like to Thank is Tina and Sue.
