Really awful dentist. They currently have one dentist and when I was in the waiting room I heard a woman screaming and when she came down she looked very distraught. I comforted her. Shorty after I went up to receive a filling and the dentist didn't even have a steady hand he was very shaky. Also he filled my gum where there was a whole which had hardly any tooth at all in the whole which he rightfully should have taken out. As soon as I left the clinic I was in pain (bqrinf in mind there was no pain before I went there) I then spent the next 3-5 days in excruciating pain so bad pain killers couldn't even help. I was worried to return to that dentist. I had been to 5 different dentist prior and never felt such an unprofessional presence as I did there and never had such an unprosseional outcome of attending such an appointment. I then spent Christmas Eve in an emergency dentist in London who removed the filling confirmed he should have not put the filling there and luckily as soon as she took it out I was fine! Would not reccoment to anyone who needs a filling or tooth removal. Like I said he was shaky and he didn't know what he was doing pretty much. However I have not seen the hygienist so I can not comment on that one and the receptionist is fairly friendly. Also while I was there the receptionist was also on the phone to somebody who was complaining. Zero stars!

Awful experience!! If you are an anxious patient, then unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this practice. Firstly, it’s very frustrating, when you are very nervous anyway, and you are told that the toilet isn’t usable because of COVID. The Dentist was not friendly and did not make me feel at ease at all. After being given four local anesthetic, I could still feel everything. Had to stop after half an hour because it was just too painful. Then was rushed out the door!!! Staff in general not professional. Would not recommend. Worst dental experience of my life!!

called up several times for emergency NHS appointment as i had a painful tooth. finally got given a slot and was called by the dentist who told me it’s not worth doing the NHS one as it would just be a quick temporary filling and if i had a private consultation for a bit more money they could do it properly with x-rays and sort it out. reluctantly agreed and when i got there he jammed a temporary filling in and pushed me
out the door after paying the private fee. no x-rays, nothing - was in there for 4
minutes at the most. utter rip off merchants, NHS patients not welcome.

I contacted this dentist regarding an emergency appt a week ago as the cap covering a large chip in my front tooth fell off after 8 years. This dentist was great at this point, saw me the same day, amazing. The cap has now fallen off after a week! and they made this difficult to resolve aswell regarding a refund as I did not want it to be redone by the same dentist as she was clearly unable to do it properly the first time.

I am the most nervous dental patient you could meet. Today I went to have a tooth extracted (the first time that this has not been done under sedation. I have got to say that mr gonzaler (I think that’s pronounced correctly ) was the most gentle, considerate, patient dentist I’ve ever met.

Thank you so much for putting me at ease.

Can’t thank you enough
