Excellent service from everyone. Very helpful when booking and the reception team are always welcoming and efficient. My dentist is the best I’ve had - very thorough and skilled. He goes above and beyond looking after me and gives lots of advice for care. The dental nurses are brilliant too. They create a very friendly and relaxing experience.

The care I received has been excellent since changing dentist within the practise. Amir is thorough, kind & will always give advice for the best treatment necessary for my dental health. I feel confident in his expertise & trust his judgement. The receptionists & nurses are helpful & friendly too.

Only been for one visit so far but the receptionists were all so lovely and happy. It’s not very often you could leave a dentist in a good mood! Haha. Usama was my dentist and he was brilliant, have a couple of problems going on where I had not previously looked after my teeth well enough, but straight away I feel like I’m in the right hands to get back to full strength teeth and he actually took pictures inside of my mouth to physically show me any damage/weakness. Highly recommend to anyone

Bupa have requested I post this review having completed their survey, so here it is.
The dentist was late into work. My appointment was the first of the day and I had to leave after 15 minutes without seeing him having walked 15 minutes to get there. Dentist should have phoned the reception. Reception could then have phoned me to re-schedule. Not the receptionists fault they are great. Wasted start to the week.

Previously when I’d been for check ups it always seemed like a fairly brief appointment and I had always been told everything was fine. When I saw Kavit for the first time in April this year he did a really through examination with X-rays and identified a few areas of tooth decay and damage to enamel. He really took time to explain the issues and how to address them. I have been for another check up today and Kavit followed up on all the problems identified in April, showed me the X-rays today compared with before, plus photographs of my teeth. I have booked to have a replacement filling done but am not worried as I feel that I am in very capable hands. I am also really motivated to keep taking good care of my teeth as I am able to see for myself the improvements that have occurred over the last six months with regular flossing. The receptionists here are also really friendly, so overall a great experience. Thank you.

I feel extremely compelled to express my gratitude for the expertise, guidance and hard hitting truth I was confronted with after my 1st check up with Dr Usama Riaz. I attended the appointment with the confidence of it being a straight forward check up with no major issues as per usual. I must confess to being a little complacent and lazy with the guidelines I had been given in the past to maintain my dental health. On examination, he found a considerable issue with my gums and my enamel wearing thin in areas possibly due to grinding. I was given some guidance on what to do from here on otherwise the consequences could be fairly severe. I followed his guidance to the absolute letter. Dr Usama Riaz introduced me to doing a clean at my gumline twice a day with an interspace brush. In two weeks my gums had stopped bleeding. Now I can eat without the discomfort I sometimes felt in various parts of my mouth. I thought this was related to stressing my gums from flossing and using interdental brushes. It was the complete opposite and due to the lack of an effective dental routine I was in the preliminary stages of gum disease. I now also wear a gum shield every night that was specifically made to the mould of my teeth imprint to minimise the effects of grinding at night. He was very meticulous in making sure the final fit with the shield was of great comfort and correct positioning. I think Dr Usama Riaz has given the life expentency of my teeth a much needed lifeline that will extend their lives by years as long as I keep to his recommendations. Much appreciated and a very much deserved positive review. Will definitely see you again in the future....
