Spirit of Excellence - Private Dental Practice

After being in terrible pain with my wisdom tooth since Tuesday my own dentist (in a different area) said she could not do anything and that she would have to refer me to have the tooth out at hospital as it was to difficult to get to. This could apparently take up to 3 months for an appointment. I put up with the pain for a few days but as the time went on it got so bad. So I looked online and found this dentist with an emergency contact number. I called last night at around 5.45 and spoke to the dentist who told me to come to the surgery at 6.30. The dentist was very kind and reassuring, he done an examination and X-rays then took the tooth out. Literally that quick. It took him about 2 minutes to get the tooth out! My husband was amazed at how good and quick he done it! (he was standing holding my hand) He then explained all the after care and on my way I went. Just over 24 hours later I'm as good as new. Thank you so much to the dentist..... I would say to anyone with a bad tooth, to go and see this dentist. He was so good.... Absolutely fab service!

I'm not one to make a fuss about anything weather it be going to hospital,doctors or the dentist but I had been struggling with pain in my back teeth for about 10 days. Anyway it got so bad that i had to go and see a dentist. It was a Saturday afternoon so looked up emergency dentists near me. After reading the reviews of this dental practice I thought I'd give it a go. Made the call and was given an appointment for 2 hours later. I'm glad I chose this one. Was seen quickly and had 2 awkward teeth removed. Pain is now gone and can sleep baby again. Was looked after from start to finish and couldn't be happier with the service I received. I will be the first to admit I dont go to the dentist as much as I should but when I need to go again this will be the place that I will return to.

The best dentist I have ever been to, I have a phobia of going to the dentist to get a tooth extracted which I have been suffering for about 5 years. The dentist was extremely kind, caring and extremely professional, he extracted a very difficult tooth and managed to make feel very calm in a very difficult situation. I’m at home recovering after 24 hours and feel I have made the best decision... I think I have finally found the best dentist, affordable, professional and excellent care.

Wow what can I say ! What an amazing dentist ! I’d been to my previous dentist and they couldn’t get my tooth to numb and their response to that was that I should “ just grip the chair “ I was terrified to go back , after searching online I found the spirit of excellence and saw all the positive reviews. I was in agony and hadn’t slept for days and couldn’t eat , I phoned up at 3.30pm on Saturday which was on bank holiday easter weekend , the dentist answered and asked me if I would like to come in at 4.15 , I was amazed it was so quick , I drove over nervous because of my experience with my previous dentist , but the dentist put me at ease immediately, I needed root canal so he started to numb my tooth , then came the moment of truth , he started to drill , and I was so happy absolutely no pain not even a twinge. I know it sounds crazy but after not sleeping for a few days I was so numb and so relaxed I actually had to stop myself from nodding off. I will never ever go anywhere else now I’ve never experienced such gentle and relaxing dentistry. Thank you again Luyi

They are great by far!T They help us when my wife over the weekend have a big toothache.
We were very stress about getting a dentist appointment over the weekend and they gives us one the same day.

I had a pleasant experience at the Spirit of Excellence. Dr Luyi and Mercy were very welcoming and excellent at putting me at ease! The whole experience from the moment I stepped into the dental practice until I left, was just an easy one! I messaged the mobile number this morning and Mercy booked me in for the evening, as I had a broken tooth which was causing me discomfort. The tooth taken out with ease with Dr Luyi. I highly recommend this family team. Thank you and I'll be seeing you all soon!

Went here yesterday sat 27th august 22 with severe toothache - the dentist was fantastic even got a X-ray even though I struggle with them - rectified the problem and left happy - would recommend to anyone

Had the pleasure of visiting this spotlessly clean practice. I was requiring a second opinion to some on-going treatment elsewhere that I was unclear about. The dentist was happy to assist and for a modest fee explained and "vapourised" all my concerns extremely clearly and professionally. A truly worthwhile experience!
