Whilst our dentist at this surgery is lovely, since switching to Bupa it is impossible to get through to a person on the phone. I had to drive half hour to book an appointment in person. Haven’t been able to see a dentist since before lockdown as we’ve had three family appointments cancelled consecutively. I’m now going to have to drive down in person again and attempt to book all separately in the hope we can finally be seen. Reception staff are also unapproachable, never answering the phones and they do not respond to voice mails left. Customer service is practically non existent here which is a shame as the dentists are fab. Do not recommend.

I rang today to book my check up and was very disappointed to hear that my lovely dentist, Jennifer, is leaving the practice. I previously had a bad experience at another practice and Jennifer took away all my fears, being very gentle and reassuring..she also goes over and above for her patients and I will miss her very much. Good luck for the future Jennifer.

So grateful to get an emergency appointment and treatment for an abscess recently. I have always found attending the surgery a positive experience even though I get anxious visiting the dentist. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend .

I’ve recently had emergency treatment with this practice, and I can’t fault them at all. I’ve got quite bad anxiety and a real fear of dentists so avoided them since a bad experience with one in my teens- I’m now in my 40’s!
I can’t thank Renata Neves and her dental nurse enough. Very caring and I only wish they were taking on new patients.

I have been trying to register children at this center for 4 months.
Every month I was refused due to lack of staff (dentists).
OK. If you don't have dentists, why don't you close the center???
In fact, you are not English, you are not accepted... Last week you registered a child (English)... other nationalities, why don't you accept...
Put an announcement at the entrance that we only accept English citizens!?!?!

Sadly my NHS dentist is leaving (not replacing) & she was very good indeed, so if that means they want me to pay for private treatment there, then they need to offer a different level of service front of house, I always had private dental care in the past & some of the premises were lovely with great facilities & they made you feel really appreciated & valued (you were paying after all!)
This place wont be able to compete, they are fine as a cheaper NHS budget place but you can't just decide you're now private patients only & not completely overhaul your business model
Can't make a silk purse out of a sows ear 😕

Terrible. No answer on the phone regardless of time or day, canceled appointments and no NHS dentists so high prices even if you are registered under the NHS.

Rang for an Emergency Appointment as told to by the NHS (111 Line) Back in June 2022. Bupa Told me to ring in January to get set up and seen to. Now it's January 2023 and They told me They have no Room after telling me they would save me a space. After trying to explain my situation calmly the woman on the phone kept raising her voice louder and louder.

I am in Severe Pain and the NHS (111) keep telling me to go to bupa, but Bupa don't seem to care because I can't afford the £245 price on private when I'm currently only getting £300 a month for rent.

Really Disgusted with both the Lie & the Customer Support. I hope I can find someone who can sort my tooth out before It's too late. 7 Months is disgusting your company should be ashamed of themselves.
