Bupa Dental Care Amersham

Rikki was fantastic with my son. The practice was clean and professionally run. He put fresh gloves on which is more than I can say for another local dentist!

My son did not need much doing but the check up went well. Would recommend this practice for cleanliness, hygiene and high standard of patient care.

However, there was one slight issue. My relative came to collect us and was spoken to very rudely by one of the reception staff when enquiring if we were still with the dentist. He was quite upset by it. I note two other comments of a similar nature. I think it is time they addressed this issue.

Such a shame but as others have mentioned in the reviews the surgery has a terrible member of reception dragging the whole Clinic down with her bad attitude. Absolutely zero customer services skills or professionalism,such a shame as I have always found the Dentists themselves brilliant.I do intend to follow up regarding the receptionist to Bupa and the practise manager so hopefully things may change.

Dr Rikki Toor provided high quality dental work to me recently and I was impressed with his attention to detail, professional courteous manner and the care he took. Reception staff unfortunately are letting the service down, but would still highly recommend this practice.

I was extremely nervous attending my dental appointment today. No need. The care, consideration and pain-free treatment I received deserved a 5 star review. I found the reception staff cheerful and pleasant as well.

I had multiple treatments with Dr Janaki Patel, including teeth straightening and bonding. She made me feel comfortable and provided a very high level of care and attention to detail. I'm very happy with the end result. Everything was clearly explained and I would not hesitate to go back, I recommend to anyone wanting dental treatment in the Amersham area.

Had a lovely experience at this practice despite it being during lockdown. The whole team were friendly and thorough, will definitely be recommending Bupa to family and friends!

Fantastic service, I am alway nervous at the dentist but from reception to the dentist I felt calm and relaxed, thank you Ronah on reception and Dr Toor and his nurse for making me feel relaxed.

The most comfortable and reassuring dental experience I've ever had! I was super nervous, but they made me feel so at ease. The check-up was thorough and clean was painless. Thoroughly recommend
