Heath Dental Suite

Following a referral by my usual dentist for acute gum problems in May 2021 Shaun Greaves Periodontist and Liz Pike Hygienist have administered the necessary treatment and ongoing maintenance programme expertly resulting in a noticeable improvement. I have been thoroughly impressed throughout with the way I have been treated and would confidently recommend this practice.

As a new patient I was surprised that I had to raise this when I arrived for my check up appointment (1st appointment at the clinic). I handed over my form, nothing was checked or verified and I sat for my appointment. The Dentist didn’t even know I was a new patient but confirmed my latex allergy I stood at the Reception desk and was ignored although 1 lady was on the phone. The other lady then addressed me so I explained I had my appointment and assumed I needed to pay rather than leave. Payment was taken but no offer was made to book my next appointment. On realising, when I got home, I emailed the clinic for an appointment and a website link as a Google search didn’t find anything as well as a copy of their opening times and price list. 2 requests and only a reply for a new appointment. I returned a few days later for a hygienist appointment and asked in person about the website, opening hours and price list. Nothing could be provided but I was told the website is current being updated and would be ready in a few days. Shouldn’t prices be on display any way? Not a positive experience and will possibly result in me returning to my previous dental clinic!

Lovely, friendly but always professional service from everyone at the practice. Tommie is a trusted and expert dentist. Great new addition to the excellent hygienist team, Maureen, too!

Great experienced dentists. Jo is a miracle worker. All staff friendly and helpful. As a nervous patient I was very much put at ease.

I can not believe how much Heath dental suite have improved my oral health and condition of my teeth a year ago after suffering with gum issues for a long time. They were recommended by a friend and within 12 months they have turned things around for me, from the initial consultation to the periodontal treatment sessions and now just regular hygienist appointments with both Sean and Liz I can not fault them. I now have no issues with gums bleeding or aching at all. Also Emma in reception helps with my complicated dental policy claim paperwork. Thank you all.

The people were friendly but the place looked a bit dated which could have put me off if the dentist hadn't been recommended to me. I also found it a bit more expensive than I expected, especially regarding x-rays.

Extremely professional but kind dentist. Tom Weir was efficient but also took time to explain the procedure and my options.
