I needed an emergency extraction and this practice did a great job for me as a private patient. Very competent and friendly and also reasonable cost.

A well run, clean and organised dental practice. Dr Issa is so friendly and gentle, taking his time to explain what he is doing. Today, I had a hygienist appointment with Rachel who was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to explain what she was doing as well as techniques and products I could get to improve my oral health. I am so glad I use Castle Dental. Really pleased.

When they moved to Stanstead I was like oh no. Thinking I can't keep going that far.. But I had to as I don't trust any one else. And really I'd travel anywhere as long as its Dr lssa, Top dentist gave me lots lots confidence again.goin in the chair. The rest staff are so calm and kind.. Thank you

Unfortunately, because of my own neglect in keeping up with check ups, I initially had to consult the practice as an emergency last year, having never used it before. I then needed quite a large amount of treatment over the next few months involving two episodes of root canal surgery, the replacement of crowns and management for two abscesses. It is the most serious and extensive amount of dental treatment I have ever needed and all came on very suddenly which greatly exacerbated the stress.

Over this time I have felt very well cared for and have been very impressed with Dr Mehrban's management of my condition. He always dealt with my many issues and presentations in a calm, focussed and sympathetic manner. He took time to explain what was happening, what any risks were, the options for treatment, and answered my questions fully and to the best of his knowledge. If he needed further information before advising me on something, he took time to do so and always came back to me when he had said he would. I appreciated his honest communication and measured approach to intervention – only doing so when it was necessary. His communication skills were exemplary. In addition, when carrying out procedures, he was both precise and thorough.

As a fellow health care professional, I really appreciate and value his approach. I always felt well cared-for and very much in the hands of a highly skilled person.
