Bupa Dental Care Leckhampton

I just went to book an appointment for a hygienist for 30 min -60 pounds with the buna dental manager how give me some papers to feel and I came back in 30 min but after I came back with the papers she told me that I need to take the 45min-90 pounds. Why? It’s seems like you want to trick me to pay more.
She’s very rude and the whey’s lying is too much. I will not recommend this place to anyone .

I attended as an emergency patient. I can’t thank them more, everyone was so lovely as I was very nervous. The dentist and reception staff put me at ease. I would highly recommend.

I had not been to the dentist for years due to an awful experience in the past but was forced to book an emergency appointment recently. Luckily we chanced upon Leckhampton Dental Care!
All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, especially the reception staff who immediately put me at my ease. The dentist was very informative, outlining various options for treatment. Both the dentist and dental nurse were so understanding of me being so nervous and were very patient and kind.
The reception area is very pleasant and it was obvious that everywhere is kept exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend Leckhampton Dental Care and I am very appreciative of the treatment and care I received.

Having recently transferred to the practice from another BUPA practice, what a difference. The receptionist staff are all really pleasant, helpful and professional. Needing an implant the care and attention of Toheed and his supporting surgical staff has been outstanding. He is both thorough and understanding and I certainly feel as though I am in very good hands. Personally I would not now want to go anywhere else as I believe that I am definitely getting the best possible treatment which is delivered in an exceptional manner.

Turn up at the practice it is all shut no one is picking up any calls... I Had appointment somehow out of hours, had a call to confirm this and they were very nice and reassuring even pushed the time back to make it a bit earlier for me due to a cancellation. Very strange, bottom line is my time was wasted not too pleased as there was no point of contact to explain anything just a shut door.

A very professional, caring and good service. The procedure was explained to me in detail and I knew every step of the way what was happening. I couldn't have been looked after better. Thank you everyone.
