Bupa Dental Care Chelmsford

Really wanted to write this review as I had such a positive experience visiting this Bupa Dental yesterday. I went for a checkup and scale and polish - and was extremely nervous. Safe to say Dr Sofia Gonzalez was super patient with me, very knowledgeable and I felt really looked after. Her dental nurse was also absolutely lovely. All my thanks to both ladies, they really managed to put me at ease and I am so happy I chose to visit this dentist.

I just had a wonderful treatment with Adelle today for my routine dental hygiene. This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team both Adelle and Meg was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I had to do periodontal root cleaning and Adelle did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. All the people here were very gentle and kind to me. Se explained very well what was going on. Thank you Adelle and Meg! Definitely will come back again!

Went for a check up after receiving a phone reminder (not been since before covid) so I was and always been a nervous patient but from the time I walked in reception I felt at ease being greeted with a smile I only waited 5 minutes then was called to see Murray who was a new Dentist for me ,once again greeted by a smile I’m sure he did (he had a mask on ) spoke to me about any problems and gave some excellent advice glad I went thank you all

Just had hygienist treatment with the lovely Positive and Megan. They make you feel very relaxed and are excellent at their jobs.
I’m always very happy when I leave there well done guys 👏👏

Excellent!! Such a pleasure going back to Bupa after recent years at the dreadful nhs dentist .
I had a proper scale & polish done as it used to be done and 2 deep fillings replaced .
I was made comfortable throughout and had everything explained and was treated with respect instead of being spoken to like a naughty child who doesn’t clean their teeth properly!!

This has been our family dentist for 30+ years, all the staff here are friendly and welcoming

Managed to get an emergency appointment for my disabled daughter really quickly, saw Sofia who was lovely! Needed to have a referral which she did immediately, made a follow up call to check our progress & couldn’t have been more helpful! She was understanding of our situation & I would not hesitate in going back in the future or recommending! Thank you so much!

I've been a patient here since before it was a Bupa and always found the staff and team here to be very friendly and approachable. They do private and NHS services however are currently not taking on anymore NHS patients, just private for the time being.
