Communication is terrible and the cost for the PPE is a joke.
I do not recommend at all. Go elsewhere.
I had some discomfort in the gum area where a crown was placed a few years ago.
The dentist checked and said that the crown was loose. Nothing was mentioned about how much it would cost to fix. If I had known about the cost I might have left it or find another dentist as it wasn't painful at the time. The dentist fixed it without discussing how much it would be so I didn't have much choice that to pay the £200 bill when I went to reception after a bit of a shock.
In the consult, I also mentioned that I had another crown but it has never given me any issues. However during the examination, the dentist prodded that crown, I felt it move slightly and now feels loose.
I had also booked an appointment with the hygienist but when I called to cancel, I was then told that the appointment had been cancelled anyway but, as I said to the receptionist, no one had called me to inform me of this so if i hadn't contacted the clinic, I would have gone to the practice for nothing.
I was told I would receive an email with a copy of the bill and the plan set up by the dentist but never received either.
I sent a complaint email to the practise manager and all the sudden I get 3 calls which I couldn't pick up because I was at work. It was the dentist who saw me, no the manager, and left 3 voicemails full of sass and I just gave up with them.
UPDATE: The clinic's response regarding sending me any emails is completely incorrect.
I did not receive any emails at all. I don't know if they were sent to someone else, but it was definitely not me.
If reception got any of my details wrong, surely this could have been addressed when I went for the appointment.

Worst experience of my lifetime, despite with them for odd 10 years.I was booked for a exam & scaling & cleaning over the phone post pandemic as I was registered there as a NHS .However, when I got there dentist informed me that I have been moved to private pt. I contested that no one has informed me or advised me when I made the booking. However he advised I need to speak to the administration. He carried out the robotic scaling on that day. I spoke to reception and she advised to complain to manager. I emailed on the same day and never heard from her. Coming back to procedure I developed pain on RUMolars on the very next day. It got worse over the weekend. I went back to surgery on Monday. I was surprised I was fine before the procedure but all of the sudden got pain post procedure drawing to lower jaw. He prescribed me antibiotics and recommend RCT on upper molars especially molar with deep filling, this was Carried out by himself two years ago.  I was surprised as I had no issue whatsoever when I come to dentist another issue arises at every visit. My pain got worse meanwhile I kept waiting for the manager to address my complain and change my status. But none contacted me. I contacted the surgery to make an appointment for the post procedure complication they said I will be charged. I requested them this the pain stemmed from the procedure and I have been with the surgery for 10 yrs as NHS pt and no one has courtesy to notify me. I needed emergency appt as I was in extremely pain. The receptionist then put me through Manager whom I explained my pain and suffering but she rudely replied you ve to pay as private and NHS is long gone ignoring my suffering. I was extremely unhappy with her unsympathetic attitude towards pt who was in pain. I had to argue with her to make an appointment with my regular dentist and did my procedure last time. At the end they gave me an appointment on Thursday 10th March. I told them I cannot take the pain anymore niether the antibiotics or pain killer is working and they remained Oblivious. I contacted all the surgery in Sevenoaks & no one was accepting NHS pt anymore. I cried weeped . I called the Bupa oasis dental again on 09th March but that I can not take the pain they said they will charge the appointment and dentist will decide how much. I told them I am on low income but they never listened. One of the random surgery I called advised about dental health line. I called them on the same day got the appointment for 21:30 in Rochester. It was far from home but due to pain I was ready to travel to moon. Luckily they managed to put me out of misery. Finally it came to end. It has left me extremely shattered the way they showed me zero empathy for the pain caused by them. They did nothing to help me ease my pain. Utter shameful playing with pt' vulnerability.

Fell off the NHS list as it was too long since my last visit, which is harsh but fair enough. So went private.

Each visit after the initial one seemed a bit rushed and the cost is more than the website said. Nice people, the dentist was pleasant but overall I think I expected more and will try another dentist next time...

Appointments always run to time. Reception staff extremely friendly. Shivanti is the best dentist I've ever seen. I have been at this practice for around 6 years

Everyone at this practice - receptionists, hygienists and dentists - are all very capable and professional, but also friendly and welcoming. Especially if you're a bit weary of going to the dentist, this is the ideal practice to go to. Only downside: They're not accepting new NHS patients.

I have been seeing Rachel Worall for Invisalign work and she has been to say the least, amazing! She has been on top of all my appointments during covid lockdown with minimal waiting time to be seen and managing to squeeze me in last minute when emergency work on my teeth comes up. She has been thorough and patient with me and I feel as though she has really taken care and time to make sure I am happy with my teeth. I think anyone getting this sort of treatment can be sure to be in safe hands as Rachel really does make sure that her patients are happy with the final outcome of their teeth.

From the minute I arrived at the window, going into the dentist and back to reception all staff were professional, friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Very clean and safe environment, would totally recommend this practice.
