Only sign up to the NHS service with this practice if you have £200 in your bank account... To sit in the dentist chair for the first time registration (and possibly be placed in a Band 3) you will have to pay the FULL amount of £200+ on that day!!!! They do not offer a Band 1 registration examination and diagnosis (£17) like other NHS practices... nor do they offer payment schemes. If you are confident your teeth are in pretty good shape then go for it... but lets face it, we all want a dentist when our teeth are getting bad! :O(
