I haven’t been to the dentist for a while,I had a pretty big cavity and I left it for way too long because I was so terrified of going to the dentist again( because of a bad experience where I could still feel the pain when the dentist was drilling!)
I started feeling some pain in the tooth, so I knew I had to get it done ASAP! I called on Monday and got booked in for Wednesday!
I had Jason and he was great, made me feel right as ease, applied numbing gel before the injections ( he gave me two to make sure the area was really numb) then sent me to wait in the waiting area so it could really kick in. It was completely painless ( the drilling just freaks me out). Highly recommend!
The lady at reception was also really nice and helpful from the first call to saying goodbye.

P.s some customer really need to think about their attitude towards the reception staff, if you are running late and then you have to wait a bit longer for the appointment it is not their fault. If your appointment is also running late, it is not their fault. Kindness goes a long way :)

Tooth came out over Christmas but can't be seen todaybecause I am suffering from shingles. So what am I supposed to do, no advise just a NO! Not helpful at all.

I have been going here for years and have no complaints. always treated with respect and all treatment is well explained to me. I recommend this dentist

The receptionists hardly answer the phone, however some of the dentists are very polite, I noticed the mixtures in the fillings are designed to fall out within 2 years. Causing the patients to keep returning and then paying again which is making Mr Gill a very wealthy man.

Very rude/disrespectful and unprofessional staff who hang up on you when you try to explain/speak to them all they want to do is talk and not listen. I called in to book an appointment, as the ladies in there Lea Bridge branch were rude and sent me away after I waited in the line for them to finish with another client and they told me "sorry you are late" but I was waiting in the line and they did not listen. I also told this to the lady at this branch and she started talking about "oh well you have missed 7 appointments from 2007 to 2014 so I can't make you an appointment" I have been a
client at this dentist for a long time and this is how they treat people. we are in 2022 and she is tell me how I missed 7 appointments and that's why she will not make a appointment. so I told her we are in 2022 your talking about 2007 to 2014 you do hear yourselfand she hung up on me. I hope you are reading this review Doctor Gill both your High st and lea Bridge branches are all rude and disrespectful and when you call back they don't answer your call because your number comes up on the system.

I've been using Mr Gills practice for years as his dentistry is world class. The care, professionalism and his character all combine to make you feel well looked after when you attend his surgery.

Been there 3 times in 2 months. Very bad service. One doctor did not complete full removal of the nerve and 2 fillings delivered fell out after a month. The other doctor has no manners and speaks in a rude and familiar manner. When I asked just to start treating my teeth, he refused to do the service, saying that I was telling him how to do his job. Very rude attitude towards patients. I do not recommend this clinic if you want to have healthy smile.

MALPRACTICE! My mother was having dental treatment here and the x-ray machine fell on her face!
The entire right side of her face was swollen and bruised up. Her cheek was the size of a tennis ball. She had to go to the hospital.
