Thayer Street Dental Centre

I have had the best dental experience in London with Thayer Street Dental Centre. The dentists, receptionists and staff are all very friendly. Environment is nice and clean! Pricing is reasonable too. They have become my regular dentist in London now. Highly recommended!

I rarely do reviews but made an exception here to say what a pleasant experience I had at Thayer Street dental centre. Having not visited the dentist for a couple of years and being quite a nervous patient not knowing what to expect I was really put at ease. The waiting room was extremley comfortable and the soothing background music made me feel welcome and relaxed (not how i isually feel in a dentist waiting room!!) Monica, the hygienist was really lovely and incredibly professional. She explained everything to me about the work i needed doing ensuring I was always comfortable and gave me plenty of aftercare advice which I really appreciated. I've already had a second appointment and for the first time in a long time have come away from a dentist feeling good and happy that my teeth are in good hands.. Highly recommend.

Thank you ever soo much to Dr Jonathan Wu , he literally worked magic on my chipped tooth ! I 100 percent recommend , a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, starting from when I called in distress , I was booked in straight away , so thank you to the receptionist.

I have been coming to Thayer St Dental Centre for a few years now after transferring from another dentist and I have always had such great care from all the staff. The receptionists are always so friendly, helpful and accommodating when booking appointments. Tim is my dentist and is always fantastic! I have had 3 root canal treatments here and they have been so much less painful than previous dentists. I have recently had composite bonding done and I cannot believe the transformation! I cannot recommend this dental centre enough!

The receptionist called early morning and made an appointment for me straight away as it was an emergency. Jonathan was excellent, the process was pain free, the receptionists were calm and assuring as well as sympathetic. Excellent dental practice.

I was seen by Dr Jonathan Wu, who was fantastic and very friendly. The whole team are lovely and a massive thank you to Neelam on reception who went above and beyond to help me out, I can’t thank her enough :)

Yesterday I had a procedure at Thayer street and I honestly can’t thank the receptionists and all other members of staff there enough. I was extremely nervous and the team were so incredibly kind and patient with me, constantly checking up on me and chatting with me while I waited. I’ve never had such lovely care and service and it made my experience so much better. I’d specifically like to thank Neelam and Mr McArdle who went out of their way to accommodate me and put me at ease.
