Reception ladies are all very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. My molar gum was in agony and needed an urgent appointment and Bijal told me to come the next day, Sunday. I couldn't believe it. Thank you Bijal. Ms Nishi Maru dentist was so good and friendly and explains very nicely. She removed my tooth without further delay and I got such a relief. Today is my 3rd day after the tooth extraction and extremely pleased with her as I had not felt any pain on removing the tooth. I would also praise my regular dentist Dr Savan Shah at this surgery for treating me. I found him also very good and pleasant.

I usually suffer really bad anxiety while visiting the dentist but since I’ve come here and under the care of DR Savan Shah my anxiety is non existent. I’ve fallen asleep at least three times in his chair through my treatment he is very thorough and will completely engage with you as to what your needs and options are. surgery 102 are a very lucky practice to have such a highly skilled endondontist ,I’ve found him to be a top professional d and I would not go anywhere else..I highly highly recommend both Dr Shah and surgery 102 the staff are all very professional and polite

Dr Raina has provided great quality work and useful advice of how to care for my teeth and gums today and in the past she also follows up to ensure the best care. I'm really happy with the treatment I received from Dr.Shah.He was really helpful and sympathetic.I have never come across such a good dentist like him.

Great friendly helpful staff. I had a checkup, a clean and a procedure. Each time the staff were brilliant. Explained everything well and carried out work well to the extent that I didn't feel a thing. My family have been to this practice for years and I could not recommend it more.

Its a very nice GP with professional dentist and hygienist, Dr Nishi and Dr Ali who treated me were very professional and kind spoken, However NHS registration waiting list is too long and get nhs appointments is also a long wait , but if you dont mind private treatment then its nice.

The dentists here are the kindest, gentlest dentists I've ever been too. I have immense fear of going to the dentists, and the staff really take note of it and do their best to reassure me. Unlike other London dentists, they don't push expensive unnecessary procedures onto you, and are happy to have NHS patients. I tend to pay for NHS checkup plus a small extra private charge for cleaning and polishing. They also don't insist on seeing you every 6 months like some dentists who just want to milk the most money can from you. Overall - absolutely amazing staff. The most up to date modern equipment. And polite and friendly receptionists and nurses.

Dr. Serena is highly professional, very skilled and has outstanding mannerism. I took my mother to see her and she truly went above and beyond and deliver a great service. We both felt very comfortable and safe in her presence, and under her care. My family and I will use her as our primary dentist from now on. She is truly one in a million, I wish I can give more than 5 stars because she deserves more. Thank you very much!
