Connaught Village Dentistry

First-rate dental practice. I have been seeing Geoff Pullen as a patient since 2006 and have nothing but praise for him. As an American who has lived overseas for much of my adult life, I have always sought out highly recommended dental practitioners, and Geoff ranks among the top in my book. He is very personable and professional, and the fact that he was trained in California counts for me as a plus. In addition, the staff at the office have been consistently welcoming and friendly. Finally, while it should not be an important factor in selecting a dentist, I cannot end without noting that Connaught Village Dentistry is the most tastefully decorated and inviting dental practice I have ever visited.

I cannot recommend Jenni Grimes highly enough. She’s a lovely dentist who is very conservative and achieves the perfect results. I’ve had a stained tooth since birth and Jen has completely irradiated this with composite bonding and I’m thrilled. She did a magnificent job, to the point where it has transformed my smile.

I recently visited the Connaught Village Dentistry Practice for some dental work. I was very impressed with the whole experience. The Practice is immaculate and the service was very professional. In particular, Neelam who seems to manage the whole front office was great. From dealing with my initial enquiries, following up on email with further information and ensuring the whole guest/ patient experience on the day of my appointment was first class! I would highly recommend speaking to her for any dental requirements. In addition the dental hygienist (Nicola) was superb - meticulous and thorough. I wouldn't hesitate going back due to the excellent customer service and have already booked a follow-up for routine dental care.

The Connaught Village Dentistry practice provides a high level of quality service to its customers. They take the long term view and ensure that my teeth are healthy and provide guidance to me to keep them that way. IT is also a pleasure to visit the people at this practice.

I would like to add that their customer service is also very high. I had a last minute scheduling problem and they helped me right away. They are accomodating and made me feel that they were looking after me in every way.

Needed an emergency appointment and without hesitation Neelam assisted me even though it was after hours. She was so friendly and welcoming and managed to fit me in the next day. They are extremely competent and I can only recommend the Connaught Village Dentistry. Result was impeccable and the pain that was there before is completely gone.

Staff are really supportive and accommodating. All staff from Jonathan the dentist to Nicola the hyginest to Admin teams Neelam and management Krystal have been so professional and welcoming.
