Like some other people have mentioned, the dentist is not a place I relish visiting but I always have a great time going to Blaby Dental Practice. I have been going to this dentist for nearly fifty years now, since the days of Bruce Bishop, so I am keenly placed to witness it’s continued evolution. In that time not only have dental procedures moved on but so has the overall customer experience. My dentist is fantastic, very friendly, highly competent and a genuinely nice guy. His assistant is also great and welcoming, managing to put me instantly at ease. The reception staff are fast and professional, always trying to find me the next appointment to suit my convenience not just theirs. I am a private patient and it’s worth a mention that the fees charged seem good value to me, especially when you consider the exceptional treatment they provide. The surroundings have obviously evolved too in my time visiting, it’s now fresh and open and very welcoming.

RECEPTIONIST. To Katherine and Mandy. The other day I had twins going through serious tooth pain. I called on the off chance of an appointment. To actually be offered one at a time that would suit me. The polite mannered lady Katherine on the phone well wow. Katherine you are a star to the surgery. I have had nothing but poor things to say but u have restored faith and so infact Mandy and the dentist we saw on the actual day. Understanding polite and couldn't do more to help. Thank you so much maybe you should train other staff to be as pleasant as you.

Very poor customer service. Had to cancel my last appointment as on the day I wasn’t feeling well. Took a test as a responsible person which came back positive. Rang and explained, no sorry to hear that, no hope you feel better soon or thank you for checking rather than putting our staff at risk, no, I got £10 will be added to your next bill as you haven’t given 24 hours notice. Not my first poor experience here so won’t be going back. Avoid.

Regularly visit the hygienist at Blaby Dental Practice who is reassuring and friendly and makes you feel comfortable at all times. Always punctual and does a great job. Have also had good experiences with the dentists during regular check ups. They are very good with nervous patients (bad experiences with previous dentists) and I would highly recommend the team at this practice.

My experience with Blaby Dental Practice was excellent. Dr Jasmin Green and nurse Handon could not be faltered They portrayed kindness thoughtfulness, and empathy and never too busy to listen. My thanks to Catherine who knows how to weigh a situation up and put what is necessary into action. I shall be eternally grateful to these 3 people.

Friendly and professional service, good communication, nice environment. Always feels like the dentists are doing a really thorough job, and they're good at explaining what's going on and the options. As a family we've been at the practice for many years now and have been really pleased with the service.

Very happy with the service and treatment I get. Staff are very helpful and dentists are professional. Not had any problems so far after several years of being with them. I am always seen quickly on the odd occasion I have needed an emergency appointment.

Friendly and efficient reception staff, nice clean waiting rooms. Dentist was reassuringly straightforward and on time. We've had 3 dentists since we started at this practice over 10years ago and they have all been great!
