Speaking about him, his voice was very clear and the phone quality was superb. I did not fail to miss a single word, not as what we experience nowadays on customer service phone calls from other companies. His voice tune was very calming as well and he tried to make the phone call cheerful and he didn’t fail to put a smile on my face this morning!

Many Thanks,
Eng. Faris ElBalawi
It has been almost 2 years (24 months).
Filling in the back right bottom of my mouth has fallen out three times – most recently in November after works had been carried out two days before. On the Sunday I called and was told another dentist would carry out the works and management would be in touch. It is now a month later after filing a formal complaint and the dentist refuse to even acknowledge me with a response.
· Crown to root canal fell off within the first week of it being fixed and shattered
· When I came back to get the crown fitted for the second time, the dentist had forgot to have the new crown delivered so I had to come back for an additional appointment. Amongst other late cancellations
· During my initial root canal treatment, the tools stopped working and power to the chair so I had to be moved to another room following anaesthetic.
I have never experienced this with any other dental practice and I am concerned about the quality of work to date.
I have given them every opportunity to respond and resolve, however I am continually ignored.
Would strongly recommend you to avoid this place at all costs.
i had a expander plate for roughly a month at 17 (50:50 chance it wouldnt work but it did ) and it pushed my teeth out so much, the dentist who did them did put it slightly off and it was nearly forcing my tooth out by the end BUT it was taken off at the next appointment by a different dentist as it worked enough, then gave it a month for them to settle again before putting the braces on and so far i have had them on about 2 months and honestly there all most completely straight im shocked, so far iv only paid £659 for stuff that would have cost me £4000+ elsewhere! ( top/bottom braces and a expander plate )
