I have been a patient of Dr Amir for nearly two years now. When I first visited my teeth and gums were in very bad shape and now are vastly improved under Dr Amir's care. I have also found him to be very understanding to my personal situation and needs and would highly recommend him.

I highly recommend Dr Amir at this practice. I had been dreading a filling and left it too long in a hard to reach molar. Dr Amir worked swiftly and with great precision and the procedure was virtually pain free. He is highly qualified and has a sweet nature that puts you at ease as well.

Refused to be seen for a dental check-up by this dental practice in February 2020 and I felt like I was discriminated against by the staff because of my race. I had been asked to sit aside and answering questions relating to COVID19 (it was near the beginning of the pandemic), whereas my partner (who’s white) did not get these questions and was seen and treated here a couple of days before me.

Wrote a complaint letter to the practice manager but never heard back, opened a case with NHS Complaints, they have logged it and provided me with a reference number, however there’s not much else they can do, they have suggested back to writing to the practice manager.

My partner was also shocked by their behaviour, he’s never been back since then.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Completely hopeless service. It's shocking how they get away with such poor service. As other reviewers have said the doctor spends barely 5 minutes for the initial check up and immediately recommends you to their hygienist without any explanation. Very unresponsive and it seems they are more interested in making money than catering to their clients concerns.

not good servos for nhs just they looking for money and always refuse if you want to use nhs servis i am sorry for them just hungry for money

Be aware- the dentist is often given different prices for the service you asked for. I have been charged more than the original price they have been given. Be very, very careful as you might, experience poor and dishonest service. Double check the price in case you are cheated or overcharged.

Absolutely pathetic. The receptionists are rude, unhelpful and incompetent. The practice manager is never available. He want give a basic clean/freshen up your teeth and mouth. But is happy to refer you to his hygienist at a further charge. Whilst hiding behind Covid as an excuse to do as little as possible. Only interested in the Private patients !! Only gets 1 star, because Zero isn't available. Avoid at all costs !!
