Although I had to wait 15mins as they were running off schedule, I had a very good overall experience of the procedure I came in for. The place is really clean and welcoming. Dr Manpreet is an excellent and skilled dentist, his support team Shireen and Roxanna were also very lovely and supportive. I had such great results! Thankyou :)

Really lovely staff and the dentist and hygienist is excellent. Highly recommend, wouldn't go anywhere else, it's also excellent value for a private dentists.

Scam. Avoid. For fillings their starting online price was 70£, dentist quotes for 300£. Huge scam, including their fake “ Emergency appointments”. Also the receptionist is leading person who mistreats people and gives wrong information!

I was referred here by my NHS dentist for a root canal whilst pregnant. The root canal was completed but due to high risk pregnancy they weren’t able to check the success of this with an X-ray.

I then had severe tooth ache a few weeks later and returned to see the emergency dentist as I was in unbearable pain. He would not prescribe me the needed antibiotics due to my pregnancy - despite me getting confirmation from my consultant that antibiotics would be fine. I ended up attending A&E due to severe pain and they were able to prescribe me the antibiotics.

I spoke to the dentist who completed the root canal who said that as it was unsuccessful I would be entitled to a refund and someone would contact me…this didn’t happen.

Due to me then having an early birth and long hospital stay I wasn’t able to follow this up for a few months.

I have since called 3 times and each time been told the manager would call me back..this hasn’t happened. I told my NHS dentist about this who said an email would ensure this was sorted. I have also sent 4 emails, none of which have been responded to. The receptionist confirmed the manage deals with emails directly.

I’m not on a waiting list to have the tooth extracted

Extremely poor customer service

Firstly receptionist gave two different information compared to what the website had. I booked the appointment 1 month in advance to find a week before my appointment they had to reschedule for another 3 weeks.

On the day of my appointment, I had to wait 15 minutes to be seen. When I went, there was blood tissue on my seat in which it did question me if the seat was clean? Lakh was really nice and cleaned the seat for me.

During the procedure Lakh was very professional and kind, he made my experience much better. I would say the dental nurse with him was a bit useless, purely because I noticed Lakh had to find dental instruments when it should be the dental nurses job to check this and ensuring the practice room is clean. Also when lakh was doing my procedure I noticed the nurse was hurting my mouth with the suction which later she didn't do after mentioning.

Lakh done a great job cleaning my teeth and whitening. Also advised me how to maintain my teeth.

My stars go to Lakh purely because of his professionalism. However not impressed by the receptionist and the dental nurse whom I didn't catch her name .

The best experience the staff and the dentist were very helpful and I’m very impressed with the service my 8 year old got his tooth removed very helpful thank you would highly recommend 💯

I brought my 6 years old daughter for hygiene clean, the doctor Lakandeep was absolutely brilliant, he explained everything he did and my daughter was very happy and wasn’t scared at all.
