Clean and modern practice. I've been with the same dentist for ages and his advice and occasional treatments are keeping my teeth looking and feeling great, and more importantly the teeth are staying healthy.
The reception staff are friendly and explain things well. Appointment reminders are sent out in good time and there's electronic check-in when you arrive.
All in all, I'm very happy with the service.

After postponing for many years I decided to book an appointment with the dentist to undergo a lengthy and complicated procedure that was long overdue (root canals, crown fittings, whitening and cavities).
The staff at Chiswick Dental were excellent, provided full assistance and made me feel at ease. A special mention to Atrina and Mona that have been overseeing most of my treatment. Friendly, professional and helpful, I can’t recommend this practice enough. I now have a flawless smile and I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off of my shoulders. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Book with caution, I've had challenges after challenges with this clinic and I believe it stems from the lack of professionalism by the receptionist and admin staff. I had been called the day earlier to confirm my appointment after an initial delay of 6 weeks, then when I arrived 5 minutes early at the time I was told to arrive, I was told I was 15minutes late, the receptionist was quite cold and rude and I can see from other reviews here, this is quite a consistent theme. I was then told I could be seen, but when I got in with the hygienist she would only see me for 13 minutes (despite having to pay for the whole consultation) so I choose to rebook. When I went back to the receptionist she said needed to consult her manager, after which she told me she couldn't book me in unless I paid a penalty. I believe a better solution could have been reached, considering I requested the initial appointment in June and it is now September, and mistakes happen (particularly if I was given the wrong time) but I believe she chose to be spiteful rather than helpful. Really disappointing considering the reputation of the clinic, the front office team certainly didn't live up to the standard.

I have been a client of Chiswick Dental for a number of years now but never written a review. I wanted to praise my dentist Dentist Mona Patel for always providing me such great level of care and advise and my Hygienist Mari Guerero for her outstanding cleaning. After many years and after having experienced treatments at other places I can safely say here they really have their clients' interest at heart. Highly recommended

Couldn't recommend more this practice!
Went there yesterday with an emergency and on short notice booking, and since I arrived the girls from the reception were extremely welcoming and lovely. Have been reluctant for a while visiting a dentist, but ended up in the perfect place.

They surely make a difference. Special thanks to Dr. M Patel for such a professional, yet friendly consultation.

My recent experience at Chiswick Dental was absolutely amazing: wonderful reception staff, fabulous designer interior, calm atmosphere and my dentist was fantastic. She did a great job of mending a chipped front tooth after a thorough dental checkup. I couldn’t be happier with this first class practice and feel blessed it is on my doorstep. Dr.Alice Lewis is absolutely brilliant - she's great at what she does and made me feel really comfortable during my appointments with her over the last couple of months.
