Park-Vue Dental Practice

Just had a lovely conversation with Ebru. Accommodating, listened and did what needed to be done with ease. She could have easily been stern given my error but she was generous. I would call that practice again.

I have been attending this Dentist for a number of years and I have to share that the customer service and care received by all members of staff has always been first class. Starting with my first Dentist Miloz, who is no longer at this practice and was absolutely exceptional! To the Hygienist Pavel who takes tremendous pride in his work, always full of beans and has transformed my dental hygiene for the better. Thank you very much Pawel! To Ebru and Atnafu on reception who are both very personable, helpful and always polite, even though they are both constantly working under immense pressure. To my current Dentist, Sandro who again is friendly, helpful and cares! All round great service! Well done!

I have been a patient of this practice for a long time and it's time for me to leave a review. I should have done it ages ago. I have always received the absolute best of care from my dentist, Eli Ghafari. She is an excellent dentist in whom I have complete trust. Last week, I had to make a special request of the practice and they simply didn't disappoint - from the lovely receptionist (whose name I don't have but she usually sits on the left as you look at the desk) to Eli. Caring, compassionate, kind and - most importantly - highly competent as individuals and as a team. Thank you PVDP.

The beautiful lady who works there name Ebru has given me the best service. She is such a polite and willing to help, she also has a lot of customer service skills and knowledge. The environment is so friendly and clean place to be in. I will definitely recommend the practice to my family and friends due to the service I got at the reception and inside the room.

I have been going here since I was a child and I’m nearly 30 now! I cannot fault this practice. In particular, the receptionist Ebru - she is so kind and considerate to all patients, clearly explains everything and just generally puts me at ease when I have to come in! The hygienist here is amazing along with my dentist Alessandro. If I could give a 10 star review I would have, thank you all so much.

Perhaps some of the best reception staff I've come across, always polite and professional which makes a huge difference to the standard of poor customer service in today's society. Lovely dentist, very thorough and great dental nurse. Overall a fabulous team of people.

ATNAFU is the most friendliest , polite, approachable and professional receptionist I have ever seen in any practise . And I am sure there are many more people who will agree with me. He listened carefully and doubled checked with the dentist if all of my daughters teeth will be extracted on the same day and he found the time to call us back to let us know if that was the case . He was so helpful but at the same time compassionate .
Atnafu, answered all my questions and queries in an efficient, caring and professional manner.

When we went to the practise he had such a big welcoming smile . His people’s skills are amazing ! This type of staff should be working in the dental practise or any other places . My daughter and I were very impressed by him.

We were super happy with the dentist Kate. She has extracted my daughters two teeth ( for orthodontist) I have never seen such a skilful , friendly and professional dentist yet. She put my daughter at ease even before injecting Kate applied numbing gel so my daughter wouldn’t feel the needle . The whole procedure went so smoothly and painless . Surprisingly , she is not taking any painkillers and today is the second day since her top and bottom teeth have been extracted . Thank you so much Kate! I hope there will be many more dentists like you!
