I'm surprised by the overtly negative reviews here. I have visited the surgery several times over the past year and have found the staff and dentists to be mostly wonderful. Isobel and Yvonna especially so, providing me great dental care at very reasonable prices. The reception staff are also friendly and professional.

I did have one less than wonderful experience with their root canal specialist who took 10 minutes to tell me a root canal was not possible and charged me £110 for the privilege. I did grumble to the practice manager who organised a discount.

Overall a great practice with up-to-date equipped surgeries. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Horrible experience with the hygienist Pondi Tsoi. I experienced extreme pain and she wouldn’t stop even when I raised my hand to express my pain. I had to recoil my head in pain.

I was told not to move my head if I experienced pain because of the sharp tools in my mouth and to instead raise my hand to express myself so the practitioner could give me a break. I proceeded to raise my hand and was ignored on multiple occasions, to the point where I was forced to recoil my head in pain once again!

She was constantly telling me to “relax” and “go with the flow”, telling me to open my mouth wide but then my mouth was too tense, then I’d relax (as much as possible) then I’d be told to open my mouth again so she could see. I couldn’t get it right no matter what I did!

I then complained over the phone and was spoken to by the manager the same day. I was offered a discount over the phone and they suggested a meeting with the manager in person the next time I came in.

I came in to have my second appointment with the hygienist Katy, which was great by the way, she’s lovely.

After my appointment I asked the reception desk about my appointment with Anthony, the manager, to which i was told he wasn’t in the building… so I mentioned my discount and they said “don’t worry about payment today then we’ll get Andy to have a chat with you”

A week later I’m called by the manager who proclaims I was never offered a discount, I need to come and pay for the service and there was no malpractice! Extremely cold. The manager told me he’d spoken to the practitioner. She apparently wasn’t able to see my hand move because it was on my abdomen. So she was accurate in explaining where my hand was, but she couldn’t see it moving… I even moved my hand up next to my face and she still didn’t stop.

I could go all day about how unprofessional the service was, from the practitioners behaviour, to the managers discussion of the practitioners opinions, to the straight up lies about a discount and the way I moved my hands.

I’m just stunned, for a private service, this treatment is absolutely out of order and I can’t believe the level of disrespect I was treated with. I hope no one is put through the levels of severe pain that Pondi caused me and I want this issue resolved properly.

I needed immediate help with a sore tooth and I got such an emergency appointment, an x-ray and a prescription for an antibiotic. A very nice lady dentist showed everything, explained and suggested further treatment. I am pleased with this visit

Awful practice, removed me from NHS list without telling me so had to pay to visit privately.
20 minutes late when asked to go into appointment, wrong dentist, who didn't really want to see me as it was nearly lunch time.
No complaints procedure, kept telling me to contact the NHS despite me no longer being a NHS patient!
Then told me I was on NHS waiting list but they're not accepting any new patients 😕
Is this what dentistry has come to in the UK, total shambles 😳

Great dental practice and even better reception ladies, especially Atousa at reception who always has a smile on her face and is extremely accommodating in sorting out available dates / times for treatment. 5 star service all the way round!

Friendly, trustworthy and professional staff. Offers a good range of appointment times. Clean and hygienic. There is a lift available for those with disabilities or mobility issues. A five minute walk from Ealing Broadway Station and can be accessed via a number of buses. Don't drive, parking is expensive and a nightmare.

I want to thank Anita ( dentist) so much for the excellent care she has always provided for my family. This January 2023 I had two front fillings and they were expertly done by Anita. I can't stop looking at them. She's great at helping nervous clients relax and informs you what she is doing every step of the procedure. She's the best.

Appalling dental service from the dentist herself (Dr
Mukerji). The dentist is not interested in you if you are an NHS patient. As far as I can tell, she does not do anything at the check ups. This also includes children's check ups. After the pandemics and things went back to normalilty, I took my child to a routine check up in September 2022, I waited for her during the check up to point out a DECAY in my child tooth. She didn't. So when she finished what she was "checking and doing", I specifically asked her to tell me if that was a tooth decay (as it was clearly a cavity and he complained few times of pain). I could not believe her response which was: "we need to keep an eye on it". ???!!!

Another older child of mine had little build up of scales at the back of two front teeth. When he asked, during his check up appointment (Septmeber 2022), if she could do something about it. Her response was: "you would have to book with a hygenic and that would be private" !! He was not even offered to rinse his mouth with the mouthwash cup they usually have! My two children thought it was a "COMPLETE waste of their times" visiting this dentist. This was their own words.

Few years ago, when I (NHS patient) needed a filling as my tooth broke. She asked if I wanted treatment on NHS or private. I asked for further information. She told me NHS filling was not very good. Private would be better as it is white filling and would cost £120. Everything is about gearing NHS patients to have private treatments whenever possible or you don't really get very far!

When I asked the practice to change to another dentist within the practice, I was told I could not do that and I would have to stick with the same dentist !

Also few years ago, My husband (on the other hand) was registered as a new NHS patient (after waiting for months ) and was booked a first routine appointment too, when they called him days before his appoitment to inform him that the NEW receptionist made a mistake as the practice was still not taking new NHS patients. They offered him a appointment though as a PRIVATE patient. He was understandably unhappy.

In summery avoid this unprofessional dental practice at any cost if you are REALLY after a professional dental service.
