17 Dental

If am writing this on behalf of my Husband as he hasn’t got an account. He just felt that he wanted to say what wonderful treatment he was given today whilst having a difficult tooth extraction. He says that he in all of the years that he has had dental treatment has he been treated so well.
He didn’t bleed and hasn’t at all since. It’s a pity that you can’t give more than 5 stars or he would.

Today I went in for wisdom tooth removal. Dr Ali was fantastic, I hardly felt the injections and he popped the teeth out within about two minutes. An amazing service… after having built up anxiety for a couple of days, everything was explained including the risks in the detail I wanted and I was reassured. Thanks!!

I have been going to 17 Dental for several years and finally decided to have some cosmetic work done. It took over a year and from start to finish it was nothing short of brilliant. Polite, careing, informative at every stage, giving me complete confidance with all the processes involved. I now have two front teeth that havent looked liked this since I was 8 yrs old, when I fell off a wall and chipped the first one. I would highly recommend the whole team, It really is a great dental practice.

Went in this morning after years of pain with one tooth but I'm just so scared of the dentist I've never been able to go through with the treatment.. Before I was even examined the dentist sat down with me to reassure me and ask what my fears were .. I didn't feel rushed I felt in control and at ease.. he also listened to me and didnt touch my mouth with his fingers barely at all ... the injections didn't hurt at all and the tooth was out within minutes !!! Thank you so so much 💗 you'll never know what you've done for me today . I'm in zero pain after I'm just so shocked at how easy this was thanks to this practice . Really clean everyone friendly too . Dentist is Great , not sure about the hygienist after a recent visit i was invited in 5 minutes late to be asked all the all same questions i had already filled out online and previously told the Dentist (as well as being no changes to my previous history) ,then she measured and gave my teeth a quick 10 or 15 min clean and that was it "as i did not want to pay £33 extra for a polish", Before lock down ild get a deep clean and polish in the same 30 minute £55 appointment ,its now £62.50 for a 30 minute appointment but you get half the service! ,i was there 25 minutes but was kindly given 3 little tooth pick brushes :) the hygienist wanted me for an hour next time costing £210 which seems outrageous(i thought £62.50 x2 was £125) ,
I've been coming here many years so it pains me to say i think its going down hill as hygienist treatment's not as good as it was previously but prices have gone up!

I had my wisdom tooth taken out on Friday and I was completely shocked at how quick and painless it was! I was in and out within 5 mins. I didn't feel a thing. The dentist was lovely and amazing. The receptionist and nurses were lovely too. I Would 100% recommend.

Cannot praise highly enough. Just before Christmas I had horrible toothache and went in for a filling. I was told I would be better with an extraction given the state of the tooth/nerve. After a terrible experience with a different dentist with an extraction only a few months earlier I was very dubious. Unlike the trauma of my previous extraction which took an hour to extract 1 tooth, this was over and done with in under 5 minutes with no pain and minimal discomfort. I was told how to look after it and didn't need a single painkiller. It is now 10 days later and healing well with no problems. The kindest people from dentists, dental assistants to receptionists and very professional. My highest recommendations. Thank you Waseem and team.

Having had two unsuccessful attempts to remove some infected teeth my elderly mother was referred to 17Dental. She was incredibly anxious about the prospect of a third attempt, but Dr Ali and his assistant were absolutely fantastic. He was calm and gentle with her, walking her through the anaesthetic process at a pace she could handle and when the teeth were finally removed she did not even notice. Would highly recommend their services and will consider having any future major dental work for my mum by Dr Ali.
