Linden Lodge Dental Practice - Thornton Heath Dentist

I have been with the surgery for many years now and have found it one of the best dental surgeries. I am happy with the treatment I have received and would recommend the practice to anyone looking for treatment.

The receptionist would not give an appointment. But insisted on giving me dental advice. Very difficult to deal with. Would not let me speak to a dentist. I explained 48 hours of no sleep. Wouldn’t book an appointment. Been with the dentist over 10 years

I have used this practice for years and always found the dentists to work well with me especially with my anxiety.
Today I had my wisdom tooth removed and was extremely anxious. The dentist I had today was not my usual dentist and I found her to be cold and impatient. She also had to leave the room halfway through to get an instrument, which I found quite unprofessional. Saying that, she did the job of getting the tooth out extremely well and quicker than I anticipated. A lot of work with empathy needs to be had though.

The service was delightful, we experienced a short waiting time and the dentists were extremely reassuring as well as kind. Overall a great experience and truly appreciate the kindness expressed towards us.

I think the dentist should be able to show the patient a visual before repairs or extraction. The dentist shows the xray but this is not good enough. Kindly update please. Nevertheless, I had a very good lady dentist. Thank you.

This place is a joke worst place ever. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. They are very abrupt not sure what they are doing or even know talking about. The uh are asking me what am here for when I booked in for a check up they do not have materials if you need anything fixed avoid this place like the plague.

Very poor quality dentists, I do not recommend. Waited there for an hour just to be told to come a next time as they were closing.

I am very happy with the recent dentist appointments, very friendly, calm and helpful. Cannot rate 5 stars just because not all are so nice however can strongly recommend dentist Chris and Andreia. One of the receptionist is also very nice and kind.
