Bupa Dental Care Beckenham

Faye and her team were attentive, friendly and super efficient in helping repair my teeth! The best dentist I've ever been to and usually hate going. Overall, I had a wonderful experience despite attending for an emergency appointment and filling!

I'm currently undergoing Invisalign treatment and honestly, I couldn't have spent my money more wisely. From the start, the process has been smooth and even despite Covid-19 delaying my final aligners, I'm still receiving updates on what's happening. My dentist Faye has been fantastic throughout and more than happy to check my progress via FaceTime while I couldn't visit the practice. When I have been able to visit the practice, it was never daunting because the other staff couldn't be more welcoming. Faye came as a recommendation to me, so I hope by writing this review someone else will take it too.

I have been waiting approximately 10 months for Anthony to forward me a dental plan which I have already payed £100 to have. So, should I be satisfied with the level of service to date? Furthermore, has Bupa dental shown that they can actually deliver the services Anthony is going to recommend (if he ever gets around to writing the plan)?

Look no further, this place does it better than no other. Unfortunately not really for me. Hope to hear from management on how they plan to return 2h of wasted time back to me.

I am blown away by the effort that staff went to for our family, and to meet the additional needs of our child. Faye was just brilliant. I can't recommend this Practice highly enough. I wouldn't go anywhere else now!

Very happy with Bupa Beckenham. I'm nervous about dentists and the work they did was complicated. But they walked me through all the options and explained everything that would happen. Both Jelena and Anthony are excellent dentists who took time to listen to my concerns and responded appropriately. I always felt in control and that helped me relax. The work was expertly handled, as was evidenced by the successful outcome, and the very fast recovery time with zero post-op problems and no pain.

Highly recommended this dentist! Anthony Sweeney has been my dentist since as long as I can remember and he's brilliant, totally puts me at ease and delivers the best treatment. I recently got invisalign, and Faye and her team have been wonderful. They go above and beyond for your Invisalign treatment, and deliver great results. Not to forget the receptionist, who are very welcoming and are very helpful should you have any questions. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I’ve recently started using this practice. All staff here are very friendly and helpful, both in person and over the phone. The staff and my dentist Sam have made the experience a lot better for me.

During a recent visit the dentist used a rubber dam which made the procedure very comfortable.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Bupa Beckenham to anyone looking to change practice.
