Bupa Dental Care Cannock

I usually hate going to the the dentist as I have very sensitive teeth. The Dentist Beth and Dental Nurse Sammi made my experience very relaxing today when attending for a filling. I will definitely feel a little easier next time I have to make an appointment. Well done ladies and Bupa, happy customer 😊

Had a check-up appointment with Mina & Pauline after many years of not going to a dentist. They were both very friendly and put me at ease. The lady on reception was also lovely. It's a sparkling clean, professional surgery and I am so pleased I chose to register here.

I have been a patient at this practice for many years x Now Marwa is my dentist and I have to say she and her staff are always most welcoming. She takes time to talk you through the procedure and makes you feel at ease.

Sad that after many years of good service they are now cancelling all nhs patient registrations without notice.

Clearly all about money and not customer service. Will be making a formal complaint with DCS and will not be attending this dental practice again as not first complaint I’ve made.

After years of attending this practice I’m told your appointment cancelled any future appointments will have to be private as no nhs treatment being offered! Terrible customer service & the way people have been treated!

Have found a new dentist & attended my first appointment today what a difference lovely practice & great dentist

Had an issue with a girl named Molly on phone rude girl booked my appointment with dentist,dentist was good.Then practice manager named Amy Renison phoned me to say that I was very rude and aggressive after a long conversation she told me that a warning letter was being sent out and told me not to worry.This was standard practise she told me, after receiving letter it told me to seek treatment elsewhere,felt betrayed by her a very two faced person,previous practice manager was FAR better !! Since writing this review I have been contacted via letter from patient liaison team to investigate my complaint. No phone call for me to give my side of events they just took THEIR word that I was being rude and aggressive phone calls was not even recorded so it was my word against theirs.All because a staff member was having a bad hair day. Practice manager Amy Renison is a liar and NOT to be trusted a very unprofessional person.I have a new dentist now, Bupa dental care. AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!

Registered my son's here August and my youngest has had a few problems but always get sorted and seen ASAP they have helped so much and keep him at ease
