I had 2 fillings done privately 2 days ago. The dentist and his assistant were very professional, skilled and friendly and explained everything very well. The receptionists were also very friendly and helpful. The dentist didn't rush my 2 fillings, unlike my previous dentist in another town. I would definitely recommend the dentist who treated me.

I have been with Oasis for many many years I could not fault them. However, since Bupa have taken over, this dentist has gone dramatically downhill. I turned up for an appointment today, only to be told the dentist I was booked in to see doesnt see private patients, despite me calling to confirm last week. I even asked why I was not seeing my usual dentist, and was told he had left, which turns out not to be true!

I’ve been coming here for years but since Bupa have taken over, service has deteriorated. I have an 8.30am appointment this morning, which incidentally is the first appointment of the day, yet I’m still sat here waiting at 8.50am. Explain that? Poor poor poor

Never answer the phone and then you get into trouble for not making the appointment you was trying to change
