Bupa Dental Care Chesterfield

I have been seeing Miss Georgia Blagden (dentist) for quite a few appointments now. She has seen both myself and my two children and she has always been fantastic. She is very patient if you are nervous and very reassuring. She works at your pace and is an overall lovely dentist. She makes you feel very at ease and comfortable, and I don’t feel nervous going to the dentist anymore knowing I will be having her as my dentist. She is very professional and respectful and I hope to keep her as our dentist for a long time. She has seen my children once so far and she was very good with them. I was worried my 3 year old wouldn't lay down on the chair with his age and it being his first time at the dentist but I believe it was down to her friendly calm nature that my son did exactly what she asked and he himself felt at ease and trusted her too. Reception staff have always been super friendly and helpful both in person and over the phones as well. Thank you.

Excellent care at this practice. All the staff are welcoming, reassuring and helpful. Treatment options are always explained clearly and necessary treatment is provided with high levels of consideration to ensure it is comfortable and effective.
As well as the highly professional approach to dental and oral health, the dentist spotted an unrelated, potentially serious health condition and urged me to take prompt medical advice, which has now been treated successfully.
I would recommend this practice.

I chose to use this dentist as I had for many years wanted to get my teeth veneered. I attended and was impressed by the reception, which was clean and well organised. The dental care I received throughout my appointments has been outstanding, the dentist and nurse who I saw made my procedures go smoothly and somehow they managed to stop the anxiety I have always experienced when going to the dentist. I now have an absolutely fantastic smile, I cannot recommend this practice enough. I had so many years not feeling confident with smiling, it's really life changing. A huge thankyou to the dentist and nurse who I saw, you know who you are! I can't actually stop smiling...😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁👍

The reception staff couldn't have been nicer and the young lady dentist and her assistant told me everything they were doing, really putting me at ease.
Even though I'm a real coward I felt in safe hands and I fully recommend this practice

Very clean on entering the surgery however disappointed that not all patients were wearing masks especially not only for COVID but colds as well
I understand it’s not Mandatory but common courtesy for the staff
My Dentist as always very proficient as are the receptionists
My treatment very thorough very satisfied

I attended for treatment yesterday and despite being apprehensive regarding dental treatments I found the experience a positive one . Obviously COVID safety precautions are still in place so I was met at the surgery door by a cheery receptionist and waited only a few minutes to be called through for my treatment . Kirsty and Megan were very reassuring throughout my time ‘ in the chair ‘ and I was very happy with my care .
