Avenue Dental

The only solution to everything here's extract, extract, extract.... rather than treat. They chipped my tooth ,too.
Did not have such a problem with my new dentist. Receptionist unpleasant ,too but I believe she had left as last time I saw her was working at M&S checkouts.
Perhaps they are able to deliver for £££ but surely not on NHS which is not free, either.
A few years have gone by and I am still livid about this dentist. He was just awful. Have they improved since then? Obviously I won't be coming back to find out.

My daughter got a tooth extracted when we asked just a filling. The years passed and didn't come out. The anesthetic didn't work on her and he continued with the procedure despite she was nearly standing on the chair because of the pain. Very traumatic experience no tact to work with kids

Very strange encounter with the receptionist today. I tried to get an appointment as a private patient. She told me there was nothing for today or tomorrow and asked me for my name and details about where I live, before saying she would call me back. I asked if she could just let me know when the next available appointment would be so that I can book it now rather than her checking to call me back. She found something 3 weeks away (not sure why she couldn't do this initially, something told me I wasn't getting a call back from her). After making me feel not wanted, she said I had to pay up front on the call for the appointment that is 3 weeks away. This was too many red flags for me to ignore so I decided to find another practice. I can only imagine how they treat NHS patients as I have money that I was willing to spend on my treatments privately......

Avenue Dental has been good to me over the years. Hina is an expert in her field as well as being kind and considerate. I would recommend her practice to friends and family.

Unpleasant customer service . I have witnessed treatment being refused to a little child crying in agony because of no NHS funding . The dentist practice Is known for making up treatments for which they will take money from the funding. We all read about this in papers but when it's happening on our door step no one acts . The practice is full of people like my self going private so what happens to all the thousands of pounds given every year? Hopefully Fraud department can take care of this
