I have visited Oasis twice, 1st for a new customer check up and 2nd for a tooth extraction. The service is top of its class from Reception to the Dentist and the facilities.

I am a bit of a cowered (as most people are) when it comes to seeing a dentist, having said that Sam (my dentist) was very skilled, encouraging and reassuring. He took his time when applying the anesthetic and was very smooth in extracting my tooth to the point that I didn't even notice when it came out.

I was never a fan of going to the dentist in the past prior to Oasis (I used to hate going and always make an excuse not to go), but have been coming back to Oasis in Guildford since around 2004. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. Each dentist I've had at the practice over the years couldn't have been nicer. Always putting you at ease and making visiting the dentist a much less daunting experience. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist in Guildford.

Before going to this dentist I was a very nervous patient, having had bad previous experiences.
This changed instantly when joining this practice.
Now, I always feel at easy and trust the decisions made when it comes to what's right for my teeth.
Sam has the best interest at heart always and is so gentle and puts me at ease.
The receptionists are always SO helpful also, always ready to assist in the best possible way.

I have been a very nervous patient here for a few years now and cannot recommend them highly enough. I see Sam who is extremely patient with me and very gentle. I moved to Dorset a while back and still travel up to Guildford for my check-ups and any treatment. The staff are lovely and the ladies on the reception desk are very friendly and helpful.

Receptionists are very friendly and welcoming both during your visit and on the phone. They make you feel at ease. My dentist (Veronica) is fantastic. She's very kind and gentle in her manner. I trust her impliciatley. My children also attend and are welcomed too. Great dental practice. Thank you!

I have been coming here for many years (since 2001), as have the rest of the family and we have always had a very positive experience. Our children were never frightened of the dentist when they were young and now have very good teeth and brushing habits. We have had Fiona Wylie as our dentist from the start when it was an independent practice before it was run by Oasis and now Bupa. The service is very good - easy to book with text reminders etc. and the medical care is excellent with up to date equipment and all aspects of oral hygiene and care covered: Inspection, assessment, recommendations for daily care and scaling and polishing. The cost of care is average and well worth it for what you get. I would highly recommend this practice.

I have been patient of Oasis and then Bupa DC in Guildford for about 13 years. In January 2021 I had an issue, so I called to make an appointment but lady at the reception told me that she was busy and she will call me back later that day. She didn't call, so I called back again next day. Then she told me that because I didn't come for a check up last year, I am no longer their patient and I need to call 111 to find new NHS dentist. So let me recap: I was going there for over a decade but because during pandemic I didn't come for a check up, they have took me off the list without any notice or my knowledge!!!!
And then in couple of days I have received a text message saying that my dental check up is overdue and I need to book an appointment!
Disgraceful! Is it because of my accent?

I worked here with Saam as an agency nurse. All of the staff are so friendly. This practice is one of the best practices that I have worked at. The covid procedures that have been in place at this practice are second to none and the safety of all of the patients are certainly their main priority.
