Bupa Dental Care Worthing

I went into this practice this morning , they were very accommodating and made me feel comfortable , they took the time, to talk me through my treatment so I understood the time frames and the work the was being done.

I wanted some cosmetic work done before the weekend and they had nothing free, as soon as an appointment was cancelled they sorted me a spot out on the day !

A staff member by the name of Debbie went above and beyond to get my appointment slot.

Fantastic service from this dentist. Had an emergency appointment over Christmas due to tooth ache. Needed the tooth removed.

Jennifer and Hannah were fantastic I found the experience very uncomfortable and they were great in calming me down helping me breathe through the procedure.

Had an issue with a late appointment which was disappointing as I have been going to Bupa Worthing for years but the practice manager Jonathan was very quick to respond and rectify the problem for me. Great customer service from the team and appointment was rescheduled immediately.

Absolutely unacceptable service, I was charged for the NHS service private fee plus offered root canal treatment for 500£ privately when after battle to see me through NHS again Have been told that the chance to safe my tooth was less than 50% how!! interesting this wasn’t a case 2 weeks ago when seen privately. Absolute disappointment!

Working out of area for a while but managed to give me an appointment during the short few days I had available. Always thorough check up, clean/scale done and discussion about dental routine and advice on use of brushes etc. Clean, kind and helpful staff. Recommend them highly.

I have always received excellent dental care from Katrin. She is always very cheerful, professional and kind. I had route canal treatment a while back and she did an absolutely excellent job! Her lovely calm manner really helped to put me at ease during the procedures. Thank you Katrin for the fantastic work you are doing! The receptionist staff at Bupa Dental Care are also very helpful and lovely.

Very easy and patience place and they put your mind at rest if you not a fan of the dentist

A first class example of everything modern dentistry should be. My family have been looked after here for many years and never had a negative experience. As a 40 year old who possibly over looked best practises with regard for caring for my teeth as a teenager, I’ve had my fair share of dental appointments and I can honestly say that Jonathan and his excellent team always make you feel at ease and welcome. Jonathan takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure that you are comfortable at all times. Very friendly, relaxed and professional.
