Dover Priory Dental Practice

From the minute you walk into Dover Priory Dental you will feel relaxed and at ease. The waiting room is chic and comfortable. I really don't like going to the dentist, especially for fillings! But Dorothy and Hollie are so kind and patient, I soon felt calm. Every stage was explained to me and Dorothy checked that I was comfortable at all times. I felt so assured by the professionalism of the staff and the time they spent on me. Total confidence in my treatment and what a comfy chair!

I highly recommend Dover Priory Dental practice. Dr Riley and her team are excellent. She explained everything in detail and she made me feel at ease. When she carried out a complex tooth removal, it was quick and pain free. Dr Riley used very modern equipment. I felt relaxed in a lovely environment. It is reasonably priced. The best dentist in the area.

Where to start, I have never been good when it comes to the dentist, most people aren't. But with no dentist and needing an Emergency appointment after a week of being in agony, Dorothy, after telling me her surgery was closed, saw me anyway. Dorothy and her colleagues are so patient and kind and have always found time to fit me in, even if it's at the last minute. I felt very welcomed and a beautifully clean surgeory. I would highly recommend her and her team !!

From the moment I entered this dental practice I felt very welcome.
Having visited many practices over the years I can honesty say this is definitely The best.
The practice has a calming and welcoming feel to it.
The reception staff are jolly and nothing is too much bother.
The decor is bright and again had a calming effect and I love the ‘window’ above the dental chair.
Dorothy ( the dentist) has been great in relation to making me feel at ease, discussing procedures (ensuring I understand what is happening ) and additionally when carrying out procedures. I can honestly say it has even been pain free. I have had several procedures such as fillings and a crown (40 years old) removed and replaced with a new one with a much nicer look to it. I have had fillings replaced with white fillings and although dearer than ‘eye sore’ black ones are well worth the money.

I have visited the hygienist twice at the dental practice and again everything is positive. Good communication with me discussing procedures and giving advice.
Additionally email communication has been good with regards to queries I may have had.
I definitely recommend this dental practice and thank Dorothy and her team for making dental visits enjoyable,😀😀😀

Wow ! Thank you so much, not only did you deal with my toothache late one Friday evening to ensure I had a pain free weekend, you also reassured me throughout the procedure of a root canal, explaining every step. Your caring and calming attitude certainly helped a very nervous patient. Amazing dentist and team.

I highly recommend this practice. Staff are friendly, compassionate and caring. I had some work done by Dr Riley and her assistant - I felt comfortable throughout the procedure. The environment was calm and the bonus was the pain free procedure. The follow up by Hollie the next day was greatly appreciated. Heartfelt thanks to Dr Riley and her team.

My front teeth were beginning to go very thin at the bottom and loosing the enamel. Thanks to Dorothy for the veneers . Dorothy made me feel really at ease and talked and reassured me through the procedure. No injections or drilling needed. I can smile with confidence now.

Dr Dorothy Riley is amazing I have always been very nervous of dentists but she has performed an extraction and I am going to go again so that she can sort the rest out. Big thank you to all at Dover Priory Dental Practice.
