Although private dental work is pricey I feel that I had the very best care from start to finish, which to me, justifies the cost, not to mention an extremely high standard of dental work carried out on my teeth. Very happy customer.

Got me in straight away which was good but charged me £85 for an emergency appt despite me being with the dentist since I was a child so over 30 years . reason given was that I haven't had an appointment for 2 years so I'm no longer registered.amazing considering the thousands of pounds youve had from me over the years with 3 policies on Denplan. Also COVID stopped appointments and had appointments cancelled due to other problems but that's not taken into consideration. Shame as under Mr Jones it was a totally different place where as a patient I felt like I was put first. Receptionist was very welcoming..

Every member of staff is friendly and helpful. They are keen to make your experience at pleasant as possible. Good dental care by professional team.
Have been a patient here for 40 years and have never been let down regarding my oral hygiene.

I have never had a problem with the clinic in the 20 or so years I have attended. The staff from reception to the dentist and hygienist are friendly and professional. Booking appointment's is easy and straightforward. The premises are clean and as inviting as any dentistry clinic can be. Be aware that this is a private clinic, so treatments are not cheap, but Denplan patients are welcome.

It’s been a long time since I felt so relaxed and confident at a dentist. The calm honest and professional approach will work every time. Very welcoming and clean. I have now switched dentist to Jones as I cannot say the same for my previous practice.

I had a superb experience on my most recent visit to Jones. The new hygienist was really kind, courteous and conscientious. She was constantly checking on my welfare and made me feel relaxed. I left feeling great and my teeth and gums feel like they have had a deep clean.

Great dentistry but flawed service. Looking for a dentist in the area we settled on Jones Clinic based on the reviews. We were happy to pay for a great dentist experience. Covid hasn't helped, noted. But the reception staff here really don't value new custom - we actually felt this on day 1, when we received a lukewarm welcome. I'm not sure if there is some subconscious vetting issues with new customers, but if so the feeling is mutual. We paid over the odds for dental care, and we were happy to do so. But equally you do that once and then commit to a business, which we thought we had done when we are receiving automatic appointment notifications. To only be told that we have to have another check-up in order to qualify for any long term care, at another premium. In short, the problems here are not the dentists or hygienists, you will get great treatment. But the management and service staff need to realise that customer experience when new to a business is key. We would have been a family of four, likely to visit this dentist 4 times a year many times over. This has been an expensive mistake and hence a review to warn others and we hope this practise takes note.
