I’ve been forced to write this review because this is the most ridiculous, most unprofessional, dysfunctional practice. And the community is stuck with them! They won’t change. It’s a disgrace.

Amazing response time for the appointment & extremely child friendly staff , they made my child comfortable & relaxed for the procedure.

Rude staff sitting at the desk no manners and has no decorum speaking to clients

The person who picks up the phone and talked with me has a very rude attitude and leaves me feeling guilty that I am disturbing them. How many times they call me or I call them, they are very hard to understand first of all and second of all, just plain rude with no decorum for others. They are also just very unpolite with the tone they speak in.
