Very friendly staff! My dentist is Annabelle and sge is so lovely, Very reasuring and comforting as I suffer badly with anxiety, had denture plate fitted today was only meant to be top set but got a bottom set added also! Tilly (assistant who was also preasant today) very nice lady.

I've been here 5 times and its always delayed by 20 minutes.

A great, friendly, family dentist. The staff are very professional and really put you at ease. They send out reminders for appointments a few days and the day before the date.

I went to this practice back when it was still Bath Street Dental. I had no issues with the appointments themselves (the dentists and nurses were lovely and professional!) but the admin side of things isn't great. I never received appointment reminders and they failed to let me know that they had moved locations. I went to their old location for my appointment and only found out they moved because I called to ask why they weren't open. The receptionist said they sent out emails but I never received one.
I moved to another practice as I prefer to get appointment reminders but again, no issues with the dentists/nurses themselves.

Met our new dentist today Georgia!! Both her and the nurse were fantastic with my little girl. She was super nervous and in a lot of pain and they made the whole experience so chilled for her. Over the moon 😊
