As someone who is extremely anxious and was nervous about my dental procedure, the staff were brilliant at making me feel relaxed. The environment is really calming and clean. The procedures are done efficiently but with excellent quality. I was quite nervous about sedation but I felt at ease with the staff and it was really relaxing, didn't feel a thing and sedation actually felt quite nice! Would highly recommend this place for any dental treatment, and especially the use of sedation!! They were also great at supporting me after an initial appointment, plus I found that booking an appointment was effortless!

I had to have a tooth extracted and because we didn't know if it was going to be straightforward or not it was suggested by my dentist that I should be sedated. My dentist wouldn't have been able to cut the gum and do stitches if it was required so sent me to the Bristol Dental Anaesthetic Clinic. They were very friendly and the dentist there explained exactly what he was going to do. Luckily it was a straight forward extraction and I left with information in case I had any problems but these weren't needed, everything has been fine.

Was so anxious to have my wisdom teeth out but right from my arrival staff were so friendly and attentive! The dentist I saw and his dental nurse were so friendly, had some good banter and even asked me what music I wanted during my extraction! Everything was explained clearly and they talked me through the procedure and what happens next! Honestly couldn’t recommend this clinic enough especially if you’ve had traumatic experiences or anxiety towards dentists before.

A great place for nervous patients with a dental phobia, because unlike many other practices, sedation is provided. Sympathetic and understanding staff who spend time explaining your treatment and putting you at ease. Would definitely recommend!

I became a patient here about two years ago, I have/had really bad dentist anxiety. I would say I no longer have extreme anxiety before and during appointments, just the normal kind of level, and I appreciate how supportive and understanding my dentist has been with me.

Excellent experience, Ian was so understanding of my fear of needles in my mouth but soon had me feeling confident to have a tooth extraction at my 1st appointment without sedation !

Very good service in almost all aspects. Worth the money, however certain practitioners could improve on their bedside manner.
All reception staff and nurses are excellent and Mr I Skeratt is 10/10

Do NOT get teeth removed here.
I had one impacted wisdom tooth out on the Thursday under sedation. I felt this was rushed and I was being a nuisance when asking questions! After the extraction I was sent away with no pain relief and no antibiotics and very little warning of the swelling, bruising and pain that was to follow.

Four days later I’ve rung 111, still haven’t eaten, tried to see an emergency dentist, still in pain, very swollen and having trouble swallowing. Five days later I’ve ended up in A&E then hospital for two days.

Where’s the post operative care?
