Always very good, caring service. I’ve been a patient for many years and thoroughly recommend.
Shaila stayed late to remove my painful tooth yesterday and nurse Kate stepped in to cover the unexpected appointment. Full marks !

Another excellent experience at Hallcross! A huge chunk of my filling fell out this afternoon. I telephoned the practice at 2pm, after explaining the situation an appointment was made for 2.40pm with Shena. Shena was lovely, she was so friendly and reassuring, she explained the temporary filling procedure and took time to ensure it was comfortable and inline with my lower tooth.

I can't thank you enough, the service and friendliness of the whole team is exceptional!

You are by far the best dental practice!

Thank you for the excellent dental care you and your team at Hallcross Dental Practice have provided for me in the last few months. Your professional expertise, integrity and compassion made my experience completely stress free.

After being in hall cross dentist for a couple of years. I have also brought my mother who came from Portugal to this place.

I always go with her due to English translation barrier. The staff have always been nice and polite.

The male Asian dentist who seemed to look young. Who has been seeing me since I started. He started this inappropriate irrelevant conversation about the Portuguese footballer leaving Real Madrid for Juventus and insisting he did that for money. We found it hilarious on why he all of a sudden began with this conversation. He seemed to be quite on the edge about it which seemed to be a hater and jealousy. And I replied that is not true but he kept insisting it is true. Like a very immature paranoid young teenager.

We just laughed about it and carried on with the procedure. They gave my mother something to wash her mouth with due to blood and other liquid in her mouth she felt sick and vomiting sensation she wanted to spit it out and they gave no absolutely nothing to allow her to spit out. She wanted to rush to the toilet and the male Asian dentist rushed to the door to block my mother snd stopping her from going out to do that. He forced my mother to drink the liquid teeth cleanser and blood down her throat insisting she has to that there is no other way.

It was the most immature silly inappropriate unprofessional and shocking that we have ever seen. The fact that he blocked the door with 2 arms wide open not to allow my mother to go out. With words that he used “ I won’t allow you to leave to do that”

That is absolutely disgusting and dirty. We are not sure if this is racial point of view or he has problem with portuguese people. Or simply was frustrated with the portuguese footballer and took it out on us. Which that would be completely ridiculous. But I wouldn’t be really surprised.

That was a huge shame as it is the first time I have ever had an issue situation in that place.

Later after the incident we speak to each other on the phone. He told me we should part ways. Despite him not admitting that he had treated my mother which was his patient very wrong. We could and should have made a complaint about this specific dentist. He tried to manipulate that we are in the wrong. And that he wanted to save the environment from my mother lack of hygiene awareness. How dare he. Absolutely manipulative and cunning.
The best thing we did was to leave. The reason why I am writing a review now is I have a friend who goes to that place and has also had a problem there.

I just hope whoever goes there to be careful with this young Asian male dentist. Everyone else seems very pleasant and kind.

A few days later I had to back there to resolve a payment in which we were not entitled to pay. As my mother had free treatment entitlement. And the same Asian dentist saw me and didn’t greet me and gave me an arrogant look. And he only told me using the words “I told you so “ which was very arrogant immature and rude and childish. I just felt completely uncomfortable. It felt they wanted to get rid of us despite being the victim. The sad thing he managed to convince the staff reception that we are in the wrong. Whilst he couldn’t admit he was in the wrong.

I hope no customers anyone gets to experience this.

I apologise if my writing is poor.

I've just got home from my first proper check-up in years. Naheem was who I saw and I just wanted to say a massive thank you to him. He was so kind, honest but not horrible or too harsh, put me at ease, explained everything clearly and was just generally really lovely. I have severe mental health issues and a big fear of the dentist. I was so worried about coming because I struggle with self-care and my diet is not the greatest. The damage to my teeth is nowhere near as bad as I thought it would be. Have an appointment for some fillings next week and to have my mouth guard sorted. So thank you Naheem and of course the other lovely staff working with him today. Really really grateful. I will be taking his advice and trying my best to get into a better routine/diet. Trying to improve my health anyways (as struggling with a lot of issues at the moment) and need to remember that my teeth need care too!

As I have an extreme phobia of dentists and needles, I can’t recommend Habib enough, a true, consummate professional, who put me very much at ease, showed patience and the final product of his skill has really changed my confidence of smiling. A massive thank you to the Hallcross dental team. Thank you very much

I can't fault this dental practice. I had a great experience. The staff were all friendly and I was welcomed with a smile, they also made me feel at ease during my appointment. Dr Ahmed was very professional and explained everything clearly, and I felt like he really took the time to understand my needs and concerns. The injection was painless and quick!.
I would highly recommend Dr Ahmed to anyone looking for a new dentist, you won't be disappointed.
