Just wanted to say what a wonderful service was provided this evening at your practice. Not only was my check up and options explained to me in detail. But also the extraction of my troublesome wisdom tooth was painless and easily removed with out any further problems.

Visited this practice for the first time having previously been based in London. I regularly get my teeth seen to by a dentist/hygienist and follow this up with teeth whitening. Had the same carried out at this practice and was very pleasantly surprised with the outcome . I’m a red wine drinker and the results are absolutely first class. Thank you Burnham dental, I look forward to my next visit!

After moving away, we would like to say, that we were pleased with the professional service of the Dentist and the assistance as well as the always friendly and helpful ladies at the desk. Very much recommended.

Unless you have a pocket full of cash the manager/owner will do her best to get NHS patients out the door ASAP without treatment.
You pretty much have to beg for treatment. I've complained to the Essex England complaints team, she'll wish she just treated me on the 3rd visit as planned on the second by a decent, honest dentist.

What a fantastic Dental Facility we have right here in the heart of our community. From the pre attendance phone call , to the very warm welcome from Anita and her colleagues the excellent service continues. Dr Rahat and Ruth deliver an amazing calming and professional dental treatment course , engaging with me throughout the procedures. All aspects of the treatment were fully explained giving me several options , and I can honestly say the results were staggering. A shining example of what can be achieved through meticulous planning , excellent preparation and highly professional delivery. I now look forward to my appointments and extremely grateful to the entire team. They should all be very proud of their continuing hard work and delivery.

What a terrific service from the brilliant receptionist, to the calming care of the dentist. I had been in agony all over the weekend so needed an emergency appointment, gave the surgery a call first thing Monday morning, filled in a registration form on line and after a phone call got the first available appointment which unfortunately was the next day, but with in minutes they called back with a cancellation and BOOM in and out in 1hr 20mins from first contact to walking out the door.

Had the unfortunate luck to have to visit this dentist yesterday. One of the reception staff (not the dark haired lady) needs serious customer care training in my humble opinion. She was not at all welcoming or friendly as you would expect from first point of contact staff.
