I am very greatfull for my daughter being looked after, after working hours because of her serve toothache. Very professional approach towards my child who was at a dentist for her first time, she was super comfortable and not stressed even though her gums where very painful, thank the nurses for this. I would highly recommend this clinic if your looking for one. Thank you to the doctors and nurses who took care of us and given us amazing yellow glasses!👓😍😍😍

Wonderful dental surgery. Richard and Kelly are such caring, professional dentists who always give a first class service. Lovely people as well as being exceptional at their jobs and will always put nervous patients at ease. Their assistants Gracie and Savannah are lovely and friendly and are an asset to the practice. Have had an extraction, bridge and extensive cleaning all without any pain or discomfort in the last few months. I can actually say it’s a pleasure now to see the dentist!!..Could not recommend enough.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! They made me full comfortable and were gentle with me while looking in my mouth. I felt at ease and taken care of the whole time. Dr.Richard Baines was great at explaining all my options to me.He is very knowledgeable!

I recently enquired into having Teeth Whitening done at London Road Dental Care - the service was exemplary, and I was booked in quickly despite the short amount of notice I gave for the treatments. Richard was very understanding with my current situation. Significant improvement in my oral health is clear as day. All the staff were welcoming - and in the future I’ll definitely be using London Road Dental Care for any check-ups or treatments. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Excellent service. I needed a lot of work and was very nervous. The dental surgeon is such a nice guy. Put me at ease. Worked out a plan of action. Very competitive rates. If I had to put a price on a perfect smile, and the confidence that gives to me. Fantastic value. 8 visits from start to finish just over 2 months. Could not be happier. 😁

I have been going to London Road Dental in Preston for about 2 years. It is an excellent practice. Everyone is very friendly and efficient.

I now work in London and return to Preston for my appointments. Dental care is important to me and it is worth travelling the distance to be treated here.

I take a keen interest in my dental care and Richard has been patient with my many questions. Richard is a true professional. For example, he made sure the moulds for my retainers were re-made to ensure a perfect fit.

Kelly is equally excellent. I have sensitive teeth and usually find hygienist treatments painful, but Kelly manages to make them as painless as possible.

Fantastic customer service. Really thorough assessment. When asking to book another appointment due to my teeth being in good health Richard was fine for a 12 month review. Not pushing for extra work, dental plans etc. I would highly recommend Richard as a dentist you can trust and feel safe with.
