Bupa Dental Care Watford

My whole family have been using this dental practice for many years, and are delighted at the professional, caring service we've received. With my addiction to coffee, I always book in with the hygienist Udita and I have to say she does an incredible job every time! Our thanks go to the whole team :)

Super professional and make me feel really comfortable every visit. The team here is lovely, they explain everything and really look after me. I have experienced different members of the team; dentist, hygienist, reception staff etc and they all work really hard and ensure I have a good experience.

Had my appointment with the oral hygienist Udita Patel. She is truly the best. Always makes me feel so comfortable when I’m there and does an amazing job. The dental assistant is also amazing. Can’t remember her name but whenever I go to the dentist she is there and has been apart of many procedures with me. The staff are so polite and thoughtful. Thanks Bupa Watford!

I'm so happy to find a place that have experience and polite staff. The receptionist are also awesome!

I have always been happy with the advice the dentist give me, and how detailed they explain everything.

I also bring my mother who is disabled, they organise my mother's appointments on the quiet days, making sure that there is parking available for us. Always there to hold the door open or help with any bags.

I honestly have no complaints with this dentist!

Every time I come for an appointment I sit in the waiting room for 10 mins. I get here today 7 mins late and am told I have to come back later.
Always have to complete/sign forms despite not being a new patient.
Receptionists are not particularly friendly.
Never any parking at the rear so you have to try to find parking elsewhere that's not nearby.
I wont be coming back again.

I have always been phobic about the dentist and this has prevented me going . But today fear or no fear I had to go . i had a one hour appointment with Bushra and she did 3 fillings, I never felt any pain at all -Harriet was Bushra’s assistant and she also made feel so at ease . I was already pleased with this dentist but after today it has exceeded any expectations I might have had . Really brilliant service . Thank you Bushra and Harriet

Great dental practice from start to finish. No long/overdue wait times, reception are very helpful, efficient and the service is superb. I have hygienist appointments with Udita Patel and all 3 times have been great. Udita and her team, whether it is Roxy or Monika take extra care and assistance, are very informative on what to do for better oral health and do a great job during the sessions. Big kudos to Udita, Roxy and Monika for their great tentative care, advice, reassurance and work over the past 3 times I have been there. Highly recommend!

I have been attending this dental practice for over 8 years for 6-monthly check ups and hygienist appointments. I have always found the team, from Reception, to the hygienist Udita, the dental nurse and my dentist, kind and caring. I can thoroughly recommend their dental services :)
