Chrysalis Dental Practice and Implant Centre

I have been going to this practice for many, many years seeing Mrs Patel and would never go anywhere else! My previous experience of other dentists outside of Watford has been really bad. This practice is outstanding on every level in particular the care and personal touch I have been given during each appointment which has been very much appreciated.
Recently I have had an implant with Mr Patel and again the care and treatment were outstanding.

I wanted to rebook the appointment for this dentist because I am working on call and I am not aware when I should be at work. I called and they told me I will still be charged for a service that I didn’t have . They just charge me twice for nothing which never happened. Sorry but i work in healthcare this shouldn’t happen. I will not come back.

I recommend this dental practice as a patient who has attended the Watford surgery for over 20 years. Minesh Patel and his team are highly professional and the staff are very well trained. I am impressed on every occasion with the service I receive and always feel safe and at ease as a patient. Thank you for providing a great service. Sue Fraser

As a new patient, I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and service at this busy practice. The friendly well equipped dental team go the extra mile to ensure the client is happy with the results. Small wait sometimes as they try to see any clients in pain the same day. Will certainly be returning hopefully for many years to come.

Have been a customer for a few years and to be fair I have received a good level of dental treatment, but recently the service offered has dropped.
I have had my last appointments cancelled without explanation and on my last visit waited over 45 minutes before I had to leave without treatment.
Hopefully this is a one off

Had a few appointments for my kids now, just had my daughters today with Dr Nick I must say he always talks to the kids, has a general conversation really talks to them and my kids are extremely shy lol he is really easy going friendly person.

We are quick to add a bad review after a bad experience so I feel I needed to add this asap.

I had a lovely experience at this dentist, being someone who is scared of the dentist, the reception team made me feel so welcome, Dr Minesh Patel made me at ease and was very helpful. When I came back for a second visit to have treatment Dr Sophie Phillips was lovely and warming and helped me through the pain and sorted my tooth right out.
I had another emergency where Dr Kalpana Patel sorted my tooth right out!
My fear of the dentist has definitely gone as the reception team made me feel so comfortable which made me feel welcome and I’m no longer afraid!
Would highly recommend this dentist.

This is an amazing dental practice and I regard myself as very fortunate to have been registered as a patient for years. I am 59 and this is easily the best dental practice that I've been registered with. I wish that I knew of it when my family first moved to Watford - we wasted years travelling back and forth to London.
The ethos of the practice is definitely delivered.
There is a culture of continual professional development that ensures superb dentists who are ultra considerate and provide fantastic patient care.
This in turn is backed up by a friendly and approachable support team. I take this opportunity to specifically thank Dr K Patel and her colleague Nicole.
Long story short? I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.
