The Dental Barn

I am a very nervous patient when it comes to going to the dentist and did a lot of searching before I found one that I was happy to go to.
All the staff at the Dental Barn are extremely patient and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. The surroundings are very relaxing and the inside of the surgery is very welcoming. It is the little things like using your name when you go and offering you a cup of tea that make it a pleasant experience.
I would thoroughly recommend the Dental Barn to anyone, who like me has a dislike of dentists. Wish I had gone there sooner.

From the moment you arrive at The Dental Barn, you know you are in a warm and welcoming place.
All the staff are friendly and helpful and all happy to go that extra mile to make every visit as comfortable as possible. It is no secret that the dentist is not most peoples favorite place, but these guys turn a chore in to a pleasant experience

Every once in a while you come across a company who are worth their weight in gold and when you do you never want to let them go... The Dental Barn is just one of those companies.

I went for my first treatment today and had the most relaxed, no pain treatment! I have always had NHS treatment prior to today and will not go back. I was treated very well and was reassured every step of the way. The best part was that I had large filling and no pain was felt at all. This has always been my biggest fear when attending the dentist and now know that this fear can disappear! Treatment went really well and filling feels smooth and very well looked after today. Both my dentist and dental nurse were very professional, reassuring, calm and above all made me feel relaxed at ALL times. Wow, if that is what getting large filling is about, I won't be fearing it again. Thanks to the Dental Barn August 2019

I am writing on behalf of my husband Douglas Ivimy.
I have given The Dental Barn 5 stars because I feel at ease whenever I visit, it's clean and tidy and the staff are kind ,caring and polite. If I am early or my appointment time is running late there is always plenty of reading materials to browse through with a wide range of topics to suit all. In general a superb dentist, which are hard to come by.

I have now been to the dentist and the hygienist and I am really impressed. In the past I have had bad experiences with both but no more! The staff are wonderful and kind and I will definitely have no more fears. What a lovely place, I wish I had gone to them earlier!

I love how everyone at the practice is friendly and knowledgeable. They make you feel valued and welcome every time you visit. The toothbrush recycling box is a great feature and really impressed with the practices non plastic approach. The most amazing staff and I always recommend to friends and family.

Another fantastic experience today. Ali you are just amazing! The way in which the COVID shutdown and reopening has been handled has been brilliant. I felt extremely safe and looked after today. Thank you.

Amazing place! I take my young daughter to this dentist as she is autistic and can sometimes get distressed about things like dental appointments. Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming. They instantly put her at ease and she has so far been very relaxed at her appointments and always comes out smiling! It takes away a lot of the stress for me too knowing that she finds it a nice experience rather than a stressful one.

We used to live in Cyprus and Eastbourne - but always used the Dental Barn on a regular basis - but moved away about 9 years ago - we were due to visit Eastbourne when I had an old filling fall out - my usual dentist was unable to get me an appointment the next day so I was resigned to having a very difficult visit especially when it was basically out to dinner with friends every night for a week - but we had a brain wave and phoned the Dental Barn who managed to get me an emergency appointment with a temporary repair the next day and then were able to complete a permanent repair within 3 days.

Exceptional service as usual - I saw Tejal who was very professional and proficient, did a really good job . . . with very little pain so a special thank you to her.

So thanks to everybody - you really are one of the best dental practices around.
