Bupa Dental Care Nuneaton

I have to say how fantastic Jayjay is as a dentist, along with his fabulous assistant (I don't know her name!) Such a gentle hand, excellent bedside (or chairside?) manner. I've been coming here since I was a child and I have to say that Jayjay and co are by far the best lot I've had there. Absolute credits, and if their HR read this, they deserve a raise and a holiday!

I have been seeing Lucy for years and as a nervous patient have never felt so at ease. Lucy is gentle and thorough, my teeth have never felt so good. I also have under gone whitening treatment and amazed at the transformation. Thank you Lucy

I highly recommend JJ. I'm a nervous dental patient and he is so gentle and calm. Everything was thoroughly explained and he really put me at ease. I didn't feel rushed. All of the staff there are great and supportive.

After 20 years of attending this practice my wife has decided to leave and register elsewhere. Immensely disappointed in both reception and management. She feels as leaving extremely undervalued as an NHS patient and also states patient care and compassion should be re addressed as part of their on going training. Most definitely will not be returning

I was apprehensive after leaving my old dentist after so many years however, the staff are friendly and professional and the advice and treatment was fantastic.

Cancelled my daughter’s appointment 3 times! And not even answering the phone. Avoid

Thought I’d post a review since I’ve been coming to Bupa Dental Care Nuneaton for a fair number of years now and I have to say this is one of the most welcoming dentists I’ve ever been to.

The staff are kind helpful and understanding, they go to great lengths to put your mind at ease particularly if you’re nervous about visiting a dentist, they are my go to for any cosmetic non cosmetic dentistry.

Any questions you may have they are happy to answer and as a patient you truly feel like you’re being looked after.

Another bonus is the waiting room being air conditioned!

If you are petrified of dentists like me, call and ask for JJ and Tara, very patient, nice people, will talk you thru the entire process, will explain everything to you so that you understand everything. I can't stress this enough how satisfied I am, at first 3 appointments I had to have my missus holding my hand but I have just done my 4th appointment on my own! And I'm 27yo! That's how comforting these people are! Definitely coming back again only for JJ and Tara ☺️☺️☺️
