This practice needs to be avoided at all costs!! It is more for the receptionists that I feel a one star is too much. Their manner and attitude is diabolical!!!!! My husband called in while in town to ask for another nhs appointment and was told he was no longer a nhs patient. When he asked why he had been taken off he was told it was because of a missed appointment in May. He told the receptionist that it was actually the dentist who cancelled that appointment. Then he was told his dentist had gone back to Spain and he only could have private treatment!! I rang the dentist later that day to ask why my husband had been taken off the nhs patient list and I was told he cancelled one appointment, missed another and was 1 hour 40 minutes late for another in November. He was seeing the dentist as a private patient then and he never had appointments on the days the receptionist stated!!! He never once cancelled an appointment within 48 hours or missed or never was late!! I rang again on Monday and asked why my husband has been taken off and I was told he was sent an email on Friday. He received no email. It seems every time a different receptionist was spoken to a different lie was told. Customer relations is absolutely non existent!! It is appalling!! Avoid this practice!!

Removing NHS dentist services.
My childrens last visit here was a disgrace. The dentist (not their usual dentist) was extremely abrupt and rude. They were in the chair about 1 minute each. Clearly doesn’t like NHS patients and didn’t want to be doing someone else’s work. Won’t be signing up to their private plan.

Absolutely awful treatment, I had an appointment to pick up my denture. I turned up to be told by my dentist they were looking for it meanwhile the nurses were discussing my missing denture in the waiting area behind the desk ( as if somehow that meant I couldn’t hear) No-one knew what had happened, a wasted visit turns out my denture had been returned back to the lab only having arrived at the practice the day before. I get promised that whenever is convenient for me they will absolutely get me in.
Well that wasn’t quite the case at first as when they called the receptionist says good news your denture is back unfortunately we can’t get you in on Monday.
As It’s literally a 5 minute appointment & after saying that’s ridiculous I get an appointment.
Yay so off I go to collect it.
Yes it is there however the tooth has broken off. So it’s glued back on. Non of it my fault. No offer of having a new mould & denture made. Just advise to be very careful it may well break. Yes it’s a small tooth but offer a solution for gods sake. At just off £300 NHS I find it pretty shocking treatment. I’m not going back.

Just be careful when going to this dentist. I rung up and need an emergency appointment on the NHS, they got me in pretty quick, but then told me they don't actually do the work on the NHS. It's private. So I basically paid £23 to see a dentist for 5 mins who told me I needed antibiotics. Something I already knew. Now will have to go elsewhere for the work doing. Avoid.

From the very first time I stepped in to the door of the reception to the dentist not only where all the staff really friendly and welcoming but they all instantly put me at ease. I have had very traumatic experiences in the past with other dentists and I was really anxious when coming to the tooth club.
From the consultation, to my appointments and the work I had done on my teeth was absolutely amazing. I haven’t been able to smile in years with showing my teeth, and now I can happily smile and it’s all thanks to the tooth club! You have given me back my confidence and I can’t ever thank you enough. I would personally Highly recommend. 5*

Quite possibly the worst and most unorganised shambles of a dentist in the country.

Numerous appointments canceled & numerous calls prior to appointments that resulted in speaking to someone different each time that had no idea what treatment I was in for.

Rude and obnoxious front desk staff.

After spending close to £2000 you would think the details of my chosen treatment would have been easily accessible to see! Unfortunately not one single person managed to make sense of my notes or if I have even payed or not after all appointments. Even though my account was settled on the first day after paying in full.

No follow up call after my hygienist clean and clearly being told several times I’d get a call back to book my bonding appointment. Unfortunately they forgot about me after I completed the whitening course.

They was throwing prices around and making figures up left right and centre, they added this treatment in and that treatment in as and when they wanted it’s almost like there was 0 business structure.

Had the Hygiene completed and whitening done but decided to get a refund on the bonding.

The only person and member of staff that was completely professional throughout and had a duty of care for their clients was Tara. Tara was very helpful and understanding. Unfortunately she wasn’t posted at the Ipswich branch all the time. Unfortunately our treatment was left in the unorganised hands of Tony and all the others.

I honestly wouldn’t waste your time and money on this horrendously run business. Rude staff, unorganised practise.

Amazing experience right from start to end, wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! Just amazing!! And I am in LOVE with my new teeth

Had composite bonding today & over the moon with the end result! Great experience with Mostafa and Toni. All staff lovely and friendly
