Dudley Road Dental Practice

I would like to share my experience at this practice. The service I received was excellent. I cannot thank Dentist Ramya and her nurse Mani enough. I've recently had several appointments and a tooth extraction. These ladies were so kind and caring, I've never seen anything like it. I was really nervous before having my extraction and they put me at ease. I felt so comfortable in their presence. I will never go to anyone else again. Thanks ladies ❤️

Disgusting customer service! I messaged Fri morning because it hurt too much to talk and asked them not to call me because of this but reply by email instead. I asked lots of questions which I would have asked on the phone and all the receptionist emailed back was "call the surgery" did she even read my email? So 3 days later on Monday and a few painkillers to help talk I phoned up for an emergency... She wasn't able to get me in and then wasted my time even more taking details before telling me oh sorry we're not taking new patients!!!!!

Would give 0 , but can't... damaged my teeth further , and further , under new management , a leopard doesn't change it's spots ...not interested in caring , preserving etc teeth , only interested in taking them out and invoicing the NHS , not evening giving a replacement denture , saying that I don't need the tooth ? God created us , nature with these teeth , it's like saying I don't need five fingers , I'll cut one off or two ... pain , misery , not being able to eat what I want , since my last visit I have developed gum disease...do not sign the waiver

Important information:- Infant and kids are free to get enrolled, nothing to pay anything.

My autistic sister came here because her former dentist was causing a lot of stress. At her initial appointment she was lucky enough to see a decent dentist who was understanding and respectful as she broke down in tears due to all the pain and worry she has.

He also pointed out that she needs more work done that the previous dentist clearly ignored.

He also explained things to her which no one did before at the former. Sadly, that particular dentist isn't there anymore, but I hope that this standard of care stays the same and my sister is treated with respect and care as anyone who is Neurodivergent and has mental health struggles should be treated.

Been a patient here since I was 16 I'm 44 now they have always been very friendly and helpful I've had some excellent dentist and dental nurses my current dentist and nurse are leaving and I'm gutted they are absolutely beautiful people and they are great to look at when sat with a drill in your mouth very good practice and staff

Havent been for a few years as im not keen on the dentist but i was really impressed with dentist ramya and her assistant they were so caring today and really made my experience of having my tooth out alot easier than a previous experience ive had, thank you for your kind and caring manner see you in 3 months x

No end of cancelled appointments. As someone who relies on someone to take me to appointments and also has other issues, this is not acceptable. They've cancelled last minute and I am in pain. This was ignored. Not a happy person right now.
